Beachside Suites, located on Yaquina John Point, offers guests four suites just steps from the beach and about four blocks from downtown Waldport. Each suite has been decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind.
All suites have kitchens furnished with dishes, glassware, cookware, refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, coffee and more.
There are separate living, bedroom and bathroom areas. Suites also have TV/DVD/VCR. Guests enjoy private telephones and free local calls.
Beachside Suites is located on the Central Oregon Coast, about 15 miles south of Newport and about 37 miles north of Florence on the southwest corner of Coast Highway 101 and Corona Court.
Guests enjoy access to one of the longest beaches on the Oregon Coast. The beach stretches from the Alsea Bay to Yachats, which is about 7 miles south. There is abundant wildlife, such as rare birds and harbor seals.

Dear Jeff, We wanted to let you know how pleased we were during our stay in the Sea Breeze Suites. We arrived on the July 2nd and when we opened the door to apartment #4, we found an absolutely spotless, fully furnished apartment with everything we could have possibly needed, from a good quality mattress to a night light in the bathroom. We were very comfortable there and will plan to stay again. And, we’ll recommend the Sea Breeze Suites (and already have actually) to anyone we know who would like to stay in a comfortable and very clean place. Thank you so much, Jeff & Jacqulyn
