This 2500+ sq.ft. house provides the finest amenities including two stories, three bedrooms plus den two 1/2 bath. Can sleep up to eight in the Main house and 2 additional in an attached apartment offered at a nominal fee.

Fully equipped kitchen, vaulted ceilings, loft with a real glass see through floor. View spectacular ocean sunsets or city views from one of two rooftop patio decks.

All room are very spacious.

Newly remodeled additional Guest Suite with full bath and kitchenette, sleeps 2. Can rent with house or separately.

The latest electronic and entertainment features add to your enjoyment, including three TV's, a High Definition Direct TV satellite dish with 52" HD Plasma screen, Sony home theater system, two DVD players, and a vast movie and game library.

Have fun with the kids: enjoy beach activities with boogie boards, roller blades, bicycles. Ping-pong, knock hockey and pool table, vintage pinball machine and 50's juke box.

The house also offers a PC with Hi speed wireless Internet Access at no additional charge. Two car garage and permit parking available. Washer and dryer in unit. Maid service is optional. Large master bedroom suite with Queen sized bed, bath, walk-in closet. Spacious second bedroom with Queen sized bed.

  • We had a great time in the house, found everything to be as advertised or better. It's a perfect way to travel with a little one, with all the details taken care of (who wants to lug a high-chair on vacation?). We had friends over for dinner, had drinks on the roof, worked the beach and main street, all from a great location (with parking!). Everyone was impressed with the place. There is no better way to do an extended stay in Santa Monica.

  • This was our third stay in your beautiful home. My first, when my daughter started her Freshman year in college and this one to watch her graduate. The amenities are incredible. The beach is more fun with the toys you provide, as well as the bikes for outdoor fun. The indoor amenities are amazing as well. There is nothing lacking when staying in this home. Something for everyone and plenty to do in the area as well. THANK YOU for sharing.

  • I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Santa Monica area. My teenage son and his friend loved the pool table, ping pong, and pinball machine. They also loved riding the bikes. The house is in the perfect location and is close to everything. We enjoyed the house so much we didn't want to leave! It truly felt like "home" for 10 days. We have rented many vacation homes and this one is up there with the best of them. Thank you Bob and we have a referral for you already!

  • The most wonderful vacation spot. The house is spotless, comfortable and fun! My kids had a blast with the bikes, pool table, juke box and more. I was able to relax in comfort and have friends over to enjoy the roof deck. The location is the most ideal-a block from the beach, a block from Main Street and some great restaurants-just convenient to everything. Thanks Bob, for making our time in Santa Monica so much fun.
