Great garden view condo is one of my favorites at North Coast Village This is the best way to stay in an ocean front resort like property without having to pay the ocean view rates. To stay in the same vacation condo with an ocean rather than garden view here, you'd be paying several hundred more a week. If you don't need the ocean view, but you want to be right on the beach, then this is a great value. You'll love the sound of the waterfall.
You are looking at a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath, single level, corner vacation rental at North Coast Village, just 35 miles north of San Diego in Oceanside, CA. This unit is well maintained and clean and furnished for comfort and convenience for the guest.
You'll appreciate the thoughtful touches like the full size bed on he bottom bunk of the in the guest bedroom, and the private attached bath to the same room. You'll enjoy the gas grill on your private garden view balcony while listening to the nearby waterfalls of our famed landscaping. Furthermore, you need only bring your food, clothes, bathing suits and sunscreen as we supply everything else you could want or need!
The kitchen is fully stocked and even has spices and such for your use. The gourmet or the take out expert will be equally pleased. Our dining table seats 6, just like the unit sleeps so no one need balance their breakfast on their lap. There is a television with cable in each bedroom, as well as in the family room should you want to check the weather before heading out to explore the area, lounge by the pool, or surf at the beach. Just grab one of the new boogie boards, a beach towel, and the cooler and in 2 minutes you'll be in the water.
We supply some books and great family games so you can spend quality time with loved ones or peaceful time to yourself. We provide brochures and plenty of local information for you to explore the area and San Diego, and even include coupons when available to local attractions like Lego Land and the world famous San Diego Zoo.

Why the Owner Chose Oceanside
The owners had a son stationed at Marine Corps Camp Pendleton and discovered North Coast Village nearby in Oceanside on their trips to visit him. They fell in love and purchased this place. They lovingly upgrade the condo regularly and the most recent purchases were a plush king bed, flat panel TVs and some new comfortable lounging chairs.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
These owners run an inn in Rhode Island and don't seem to relax a lot when they get to their condo. They are the kind of owners that spend their entire week working on the place because of the pride they take in making you comfortable. The do like good food and enjoy trips shopping in San Diego.
