I viewed 40-50 different rental in the Seaside/Cannon Beach area, and most were overpriced, and too far away from the ocean. And then I stumbled upon this GEM! Realizing I was on a budget, I saw the price and the location of this place and instantly contacted the owners. We traveled with another couple and together had (2) 22month olds with us. Walking to the beach was a 5 minute stroll, with a kids pace, and the hot tub was hot when we got there, and the garage was full of sand toys and chairs. This place will not disappoint! I highly recommend this place to anyone who what's to stay in the Seaside area!

Kelly: Our time at your vacation rental was super. We had every kind of weather: thunderstorm, rain, snow, and incredible sunshine. The highlight of the trip was seeing my grandsons running full bore into the ocean wearing their underwear! The house was bigger than the internet pictures can show. That great room is just IDEAL for a big family, and it is nice to have some sleeping rooms out of the hub-bub for toddlers to nap. The beach proximity was great too. I'm so glad we chose your home.

The house was fantastic. The owners friendly and helpful. Love the layout, size, beautiful great room, proximity to the beach and town. My only complaint is that the master bedroom bed was not comfortable. Too soft and springy resulting in two slightly sore backs. It was also noisy with every movement. We resorted to laying the top mattress on the floor.

We spent 5 nights here to work and play near the ocean and this house was a perfect spot for a bunch of people collaborating. It's open with tons of space to spread out. A very comfortable place and the kitchen is great for cooking. And the place is well maintained. We hope to be back.

We can't say enough great things about this property! The house is beautiful, clean, great location and the owners are amazing! Among some of the awesome amenities are the hot tub, location, openness/space, wood floors, outside shower, BBQ/deck, comfortable beds and again...a wonderful owner! We definitely will be back if we can ever find another open week/weekend. Thank you so much for everything!

We rented this house in September. There were 11 of us and the house was large enough to accommodate everyone. Every room was spacious and very clean. It is very close to the beach and a nice walk to the boardwalk. We even got lucky and had a couple days of really nice weather. Kelly was very nice to work with and really quick to respond to any question I had. I hope to stay at this house again in the future.

We couldn't have had a better experience. The house is amazing, the owners are fantastic to work with, the location is stellar and Oregon is BEAUTIFUL!! The house is roomy enough that we had 10 people and never felt cramped or like we were on top of each other. The house is stocked with everything we needed and extras as well. The beach is steps away!! We are already talking about going back next year!! Thanks for everything!!

We've stayed in many homes up & down the Oregon Coast, and this one is by far the best. It's huge! It's beautiful! Its floor plan is excellently laid out, and the decorating is lovely. It feels brand new. The owner is fantastic to work with. And, what can we say, we loved the private *hot* outdoor shower, and the hot tub. This listing doesn't do it justice. So close to the ocean. And, my favorite part, it's designed so it's just full of light. A great escape. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place worked perfect for our families. The drive from Portland (airport) was easy and not too far. Seaside is a great vacation spot. We enjoyed Haystack rock, visiting Canon Beach, Seaside Aquarium and arcade/train, Astoria Nautical Museum, Clatsop County Fair, Fort Clatsop, and LOTS of beach time. The house fit all three families perfectly. The large dinner table and large leather sofa really worked out great. The house was also well stocked - detergent, etc- which is MUCH appreciated. Finally, the owner/property manager was extremely responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this house as your vacation destination.

Just had to say that we just loved the house. We didn't want to leave. Better in person than what you see here. Very clean and every thing that you need. Loved the hot tub and the short walk to the beach. You can walk to the city center in just minutes. Anyways Thank You so much!!!! We loved it. We look forward to coming back.

We went a couple weeks ago for our spring break. The house is great! Very kid friendly...we should know. We rented the house w/ another family and had 8 kids total. Great location, close to beach and even downtown locations. Would definately do it again. Oh, and you couldn't find an easier owner to work with than this one. Wonderful!!!!

I expected everything to be adequate, but it was better than that. I would go back. I would recommend this rental to others. Wished we had stayed longer. Quiet street. Good communication with owner.

We stayed here for an alumni retreat and the house was above all expectations. The house floor plan was very open and we enjoyed the large TV, foosball table, and hot tub. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group and close to the beach and downtown. The home-owner was very easy to work with. We will come back and stay in this house again!

This is a great vacation house. The finishes were top notch and the large open floor plan was perfect for our group. We really liked the huge TV, hot tub, and being near the beach and estuary. It was also great to stay in a quiet neighborhood that was within walking distance to the heart of Seaside.

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable beach house. The floorplan was great and the house was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of seating for our large group and the gourmet kitchen was fantastic. It was also great being so close to the beach as well as the outlets. We plan to come back here every year!

We stayed here with another family and a few extra boys for a basketball tournament. The house was perfect!! The great room, kitchen and loft area is expansive enough to hold several families without feeling cramped. The bunk room for the kids is also great for families. The beach is very close and the house is conveniently located. The owners are very easy to deal with and everything was exactly as promised. We would definitely recommend this house if you have a large family or families and want a quiet neighborhood close to the beach.
