Charming Stone Cottages in "Earl Young's Boulder Park," a small community of architecturally-significant stone homes in Northern Michigan. Set safely far back from the street,these three sit on two acres filled with flowers, a large campfire at night, 800 feet from Lake Michigan.

These Quaint Stone Cottages are within walking distance of private and public beaches, Downtown Charlevoix, and Round Lake Harbor. ONE mile to the bridge in town. Walk to restaurants, movie theater, downtown concerts and events. Yet extra large two acre property for family volleyball/sports, chipping golfballs. Space for boat and near boat/water access. Fully-equipped kitchens. Natural Stone fireplaces, outdoor equipment, all indoor amenities LINENS, DISHES, TOWELS, BEACH TOWELS,are bright, fresh, and current.

Private and unique, not a commercial endeavor - they are the personal guest cottages of owner who lives on property. Photos are available. Discounts for early June and Sept/Oct.
