In the cooler season the fireplace and the wood stove in the kitchen are just the right spots for a relaxing evening.

The Cape Split area in Addison, Down East Maine, is the perfect blend of modern comfort and country life. On the Pleasant River Bay, opening up to the Atlantic, the pools and eddies are ideal for exploring by foot, kayak, or boat.
