We stayed in this home the first of June. It was located a very short distance from the beach. Easy access to either Cresent Beach or St. Augustine Beach. House was decorated beautifully as shown. We had a great but to short of a time here. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was also great for our pets who loved the wrap around porch. Thanks Terry for having such a great place. We would stay here again when in the area. The loft however did not have a futon as displayed, however it had a comfortable couch for one.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.

My husband and I have stayed in several VBRO homes from Jax down to Daytona. Our stay in this home was by far the most rewarding experience we've had in FL. The home offers everything - plenty of room for families. It is decorated beautifully, beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equiped with top of the line appliances and cookware. It is a short walk to the beach, short drive to great restaurants and downtown St Augustine (South Beach Grill, Sunset Grill, Columbia Restaurant). One of my favorite memories of this home was watching the spectacular sunrises and sunsets on the canal behind the home. It is a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The owner is very accomodating and surpassed all of our expectations in renting this property. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be "wowed" by the St Augustine experience.

This place is great, very nicely decorated, quite clean we had a great time grilling out on the porch and going to the beach, it's close to everything!Kids had a great time, would rent here again and again
