This new luxury home has been professionally decorated and is fully equipped for your vacation. It has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Upstairs: The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower all built with granite/stone counter top, walk in closet and rock fireplace in the corner and 32 HDTV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with 24 HDTV and a beautiful mountain view. The second bathroom is across the hall constructed with granite and stone. The great room has hickory wood floors with luxurious leather couch with beautiful fireplace and 55’’ HDTV over fireplace with surround sound entertainment system and digital satellite plus wireless internet. The gourmet kitchen stainless steel appliances with granite & stone counter tops and wood floors. It has a large bar with four bar stools, wine cooler, LG stainless refrigerator, Jenn Air gas cook top and stainless hood, Jenn Air range, LG stainless dishwasher and Jenn Air microwave with custom wood cabinets, built in speakers and all the supplies you will need to cook your gourmet meals. The dining room has wood floors and a large wood table that seats 8 to 12. There is large TREX deck off the upstairs with an outside speaker system, stainless gas BBQ and large tile table which seats 6 plus for out door dining.
Downstairs; The game room has 8’ competition pool table, bar and 44” HDTV with speakers. Off the game room is the downstairs deck constructed with TREX with Sundance hot tub with comfortable sits 7 with outdoor table, bench seating for over 12. The yard is professionally landscaped with beautiful lawn summer enjoyment. Bedroom three has two twin beds and a 32 HDTV. Bedroom four has two bunk beds with trundles for a total of 6 twin beds comfortable sleeping adults or kids with a 32 HDTV and Nintendo WII video game system. Bathroom three is a full tub shower with granite and stone. The garage fits two full size vehicles.
There are 12 ski resorts in the area. Two miles from the home is the world famous Heavenly Valley Ski Resort with 3500 ft of vertical, top elevation of 10,067, 30 chairlifts, boarding parks and over 100 trails covering over 4800 acres. Kirkwood is 25 minutes away and has and 2000 ft of vertical, 12 chairlifts, boarding parks and 65 trails. Sierra at Tahoe is 30 minutes away and has 2212 ft of vertical, 13 chairs, boarding park and 46 trails. Other resorts within an hour are: Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Mount Rose, Diamond Peak, and Homewood.
Lake Tahoe Casinos with Vegas caliber nightlife, music events, comedy shows, night clubs, dancing and gourmet restaurants at Stateline are 4.5 miles from the home.
The secluded Lake Tahoe sandy beaches of Pope, Baldwin, Kiva, Round Hill Pines, Regan, El Dorado and Nevada Beach are minutes away.
High quality hiking and mountain biking trails are located all around the home in the national forest. Hike and bike in the National Forest/Trout Creek basin in front of the house to the shores of Lake Tahoe.
