This beautiful furnished Italian Villa home has 3500 square feet, 5 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths, 3 car garage and a private balcony off the master suite. The grand master suite has a king-size bed, a library, walk-in closet, oversized tub and a separate extra-large shower with a bench, his and hers sinks and a separate toilet room for privacy. Located on the top of the stairs is a spacious loft with a separate built in desk. Next to the loft is a double sink bathroom with a tub/shower. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has 2 double beds. The bedroom downstairs is handicapped accessible and has its own full bath. The laundry room has a washer and a dryer. The grand kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an island with 2 stools and a breakfast table. The family room has a custom built entertainment center with a satellite TV, DVD and VCR. Formal living and dining room with an amazing view of the custom designed spa and pool. Relax and dine outside on the covered patio or soak in the custom built spa with a waterfall that cascades into the heated negative edge pool. The pool has pebble tec and 2 water/fire woks. Walk downstairs from the pool to a custom built in professional grade BBQ with a bench. The backyard is professionally landscaped with native cacti and desert plants and trees that are illuminated at night with timed lights. The split floor plan has faux finished paint throughout the house which will make you feel like you are in Italy or at an exotic retreat. While you are in Estrella Mountain Ranch there are many activities within walking or short drive distance. Walking or biking around one of the two lakes, having a picnic on one of the many hills surrounding the lakes or picnic tables, sitting on the dock and watching the ducks or sunset, and fishing (catch and release only). You can also spend the day hiking the many trails on the surrounding hills and mountains. One of the most amazing experiences is troon Golf in the midst of the most breathtaking beauty. Right by the south lake are tennis courses, lighted basketball courts and beach volleyball. There is also a grand playground for the kids and those young at heart. Also, there is a splendid amount of wildlife in the area for those who love to do bird watching. We also have a neighborhood market which includes a wonderful restaurant, a video store and a fueling station. Nearby to the community you can enjoy horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, and golfing.
