Nestled amidst the pristine shores of Florida's Emerald Coast, Perdido Key is rapidly becoming a favorite vacation area for those who want to relax and enjoy the beauty of the beach, without the commercialism and traffic situations found at most popular Florida "tourist traps". Indigo, built in 2006, is one of the newest and most eloquently appointed condominiums on the Gulf Coast, boasting every possible amenity.
The whole family will enjoy one of the largest and most beautifully landscaped pools in the area, featuring a huge zero entry free-form pool, separate children's pool, oversized hot tub, large sundeck with lots of chairs and lounges, a gazebo, two beach boardwalks and picnic areas with BBQ grills and swings. There's also two well equipped fitness facilities, separate men's and women's locker rooms with steam and sauna, two social rooms with catering kitchens, and even a theater room!
Step off the elevator into your private foyer and leave all of your stress and worries behind. This 19th floor Gulf front luxury condominium is beautifully furnished and decorated and is fully equipped to meet all of your expectations and needs. With three bedrooms, each with its own private bath, two balconies for taking in the spectacular views, a 50 inch TV and a sleeper sofa in the spacious living area, and DVD players in each room, this unit comfortably accommodates 6-8 guests. The dining area can seat up to 9, and there is a buffet/bar to make entertaining a breeze. The state-of-the-art kitchen features granite countertops and all built-in top of the line appliances. There's a full size washer and dryer, and even a trash chute conveniently located just outside the unit doorway! Setting your experience apart, this luxurious unit is supplied with high-count cotton sateen sheets and plush towels. Plus, you will have access to two free beach chairs and umbrella or cushioned lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach during your stay (seasonal).
Indigo is a rent-restricted community which requires Saturday to Saturday stays, a guest in each unit that is at least 25 years of age, and pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking unit. All linens, except beach towels, are provided. A $300 deposit is required at time of booking with the remainder due 45 days prior to arrival. There is a 45 day cancellation policy. 4 pm arrival and 10 am departure times.

Why the Owner Chose Indigo West
Perdido for us was the perfect blend of peaceful relaxation -- the beaches are gorgeous, never overcrowded and always safe -- with easy access to plenty of restaurants and entertainment down the road. Since it is surrounded by a national shore on each side, we know that it will never become an over-built and over-crowded Panama City.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The pools are gorgeous and there's something for everyone -- the large pool has a wade-in entry for toddlers that graduates to a deep end for adults. Then there is a separate round pool 3' deep. And a hot tub. Easy access to beach with luxury beach lounges and umbrellas. Workout facility. We'll usually reserve the private theater in the lobby of the east tower for one afternoon out of the sun (bring your own movies). Outlet mall shopping! We also love to visit the Blue Angels at their home base in Pesacola only 15 minutes away. The kids love the giant ferris wheel after the movies at The Wharf.

After years of frustration renting vacation properties, and often with disappointing "surprises", our family decided we wanted a safe, fun, clean place we could call our home away from home. We fell in love with the Perdido Key area, with the perfect blend of peaceful beauty and access to plenty of restaurants and entertainment within a short drive. When we saw Indigo, we knew it was home. The amenities are incredible, the pool and beach area like none we'd seen in the area. The building is current, immaculate, comfortable, and the units were finished with the "extras" we had grown accustomed to at home. We love coming here, and it's our hobby to keep the place like home -- we keep it fresh, up-to-date and clean. We love that we can provide that same feeling of home, along with the luxuries that make you feel special on your get-away, to others now, too. We have many guests who come back year after year because they know they can count on it.

I chose this unit from many based on the decor and location. I loved the west indies style. The unit exceeded my expectations not only in size, but in the appointments including furniture and kitchen set up. The view was beautiful. I was glad I chose the higher floor when I stepped onto the deck on my first morning and was able to see dolphins cruising the shoreline, a passing ray here and there, and a gorgeous heron keeping a beach fisherman company. Indigo is extremely unique and well thought out in the design. Each set of elevators services only 2 units per floor, which means the elevator opens to either the right or left and places you in a private foyer for your unit. No guests walking up and down the halls outside your door-a rare feeling of privacy in a high- rise condo. The parking garage under the building gives direct access to the beach stairs-no mile long walk through other buildings, common areas, etc like you usually get in condo properties. This unit exceeded my expectations as I was left missing no comfort of home. More than you really need for a beach getaway, but since you can have it all-why not?
