Convenient to shopping, golf, tennis and restaurants with central location on beautiful South Forest Beach. Walk or ride your bike to Coligny Plaza for shopping, restaurants or coffee. This unit is on the first floor with sheltered parking underneath, which gives it a second floor view.
If you have never been to Hilton Head before, you are in for a surprise! There are 24 golf courses on island, over 135 restaurants and miles of gorgeous white sand beach. You can enjoy the Monarch butterflies making their pilgrimage south in October and the winter's can pretty much be described as "sweater weather"! It doesn't get any better then that.

Jerry and I had dated in highschool but went on to marry others. 28 years later we got together and here we are with our 4 grandchildren. I am a Real Estate Broker in N/W Penna. and he is a retired pipeline welder who now does inspection work.
Why the Owner Chose Shorewood Villas
Jerry is a scratch golfer and I love the ocean. Shorewood is on the beach and close to golf so it worked well for both of us. In addition we can walk to everything and with our family trips that works well. Couple that with the bike trails, beautiful plantations and just the all over relaxing atmosphere and it was our little bit of “heaven”!

Biking, shopping, sunning, walking the beach (one of one of the best we found), golfing, wonderful restaurants, trips to Savannah and just in generally kicking back and enjoying the gorgeous surroundings!
