Separate Guest Bedroom with a private entrance has Two Full-Size beds, a Futon, TV, VCR/DVD, and half bath.
The Beautiful new deck area has a built-in bar area with a sink and steps down to the new boat dock and aluminum fish cleaning stand. There is also an outdoor shower where you can rinse off.
