Impecably clean, well maintained...very comfortable...great vibe...great energy. This house has everything, from front to back, and side to side, great open living and dining area which offer a fantastic view of the Aransas bay; great comfort and decor throughout the house. Sofas and furniture are comfortable and of very good taste, master bedroom also offers a sceneic view of the harbor and includes a very attractive bathroom with a steam shower. Great kitchen too, we were able to put together some good meals. Private fishing pier which is connected to patio deck was pleasant and romantic at night. Good reastaurants within two to three blocks. Looking forward to go back again.

We rented this house for a week during a holiday in late May 2011. When we got there, it was under construction, repairs, painting, etc. We were told this house was ready to rent. The A/C on one side of the house (guest rooms) did not work the first night at all. Had to call a repairman. The stove and toilet did not work. One of our guests was a contractor/handyman and was able to fix these. The shower / steam shower in the master bath did not work at all. Just trickled water. The back sliding door was so stuck, we could hardly open it and had to use WD-40 and soap to get it to open. We were told there would be fishing lights on the dock. They were not hooked up and never had lights the whole time we were there. Electricians came out and tried to fix them two days in a row, but never got them working. I called the property manager to come see all the problems, but she never came by. Fishing was horrible as it is too windy to fish on this side of the bay. We tried to find another place to rent, but it was a holiday weekend and everything was booked. Beware and make sure everything is working before you hand them the money up front. Too much money for so many problems!! Would not stay at this house again!!
