This new, luxury beach house, located in the community of Barbery Coast (next door to Rosemary Beach), provides the finest accommodations to delight even our most discriminating guests. Spaciously designed on three levels and featuring many exquisite details, including: stone tiled floors on the ground level, oak hardwood floors upstairs, Brazilian granite countertops, upscale stainless appliances, uniquely detailed bathrooms with vessel vanity sinks, attractive crown molding, plus beautiful interior archways.
Ground floor features a welcoming entry foyer with mirrored walls, den with wet bar, two Queen bedrooms with pass-thru bath, recessed bunks and full bath in the hall.
Upstairs you will find the large, open great room with adjacent kitchen with breakfast bar, adjoining dining room plus a full bath in the hall. Multiple windows facing the gulf allow incredible views throughout the great room, but step out onto the deep, covered porch for unobstructed views of the emerald green waters. The master suite with a King bed and adjoining bath with large, walk-in shower is also located on this level.
The top floor observation room can be used as a sitting room during the day and as a bedroom at night with its Queen sofa sleeper, full bath, closet and wet bar. Breathtaking sunsets and incredible gulf views - all the way to Panama City Beach - are yours from this third floor perch. Sofa sleepers in the den and living room allow for extra guests.
Follow the connecting walkway (lighted at night) leading directly to the large community pool with spacious sundecks, lounge chairs and bathhouse, just 25 yards from your door.
