Newly remodeled 1400 sq ft condo with A/C and ceiling fans in all rooms. All granite counter tops and travertine floors. Front and rear balconies allow cool breezes through, minimizing the need for air conditioning.
New kitchen appliances and cabinetry and plenty of kitchenware. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. Since we live in our condo 10 weeks a year, it is well looked after and supplied by us and our manager who is available if needed.
Marina Sol is perfectly located next everything. We are just a 5 minute walk to Medano swimming beach and the Marina. Grocery shopping at City Club is an 8 minute walk and Puerto Paraiso Mall is just 1 block away. We are next to town and the marina, so the docks, many restaurants, shops, rentals, banks, internet cafes, movies, etc., are within a few minutes walk. For small items, the lobby has a convenience store, including internet, printer & copies, etc. The concierge can give directions and information.
The very large landscaped grounds with large pool, club house, poolside restaurant and bar, hot tub provide for a family friendly area.

I just got back from a weeks stay in this condo. It was me, my wife and 6 year old, we entertained our family that was also in Cabo at the same time and EVERYONE enjoyed the unit. the staff was freindly along with everyone else we spoke with in the building. I would recommend this unit to anyone and will try to stay at Marina Sol next year when in Cabo. Thank you Wayne and Rick!!!!!!!!!
