Volcano view from Villa - Santorini Vacation Our villa is located in the village of Firostefani, one of the most beautiful villages in Santorini. A quiet and exclusive community, only 10 minutes walk from busy Fira, Santorini’s main town and center of activities and amenities. Built on the famous Caldera cliff edge, Firostefani is high over the sea with stunning views of the rest of Santorini, its outer islands and the volcano in the immense bay below. The house is constructed in traditional Santorini architectural style on 3 levels. Each level is self contained, offering a private balcony and can be rented individually or in combination(all together 8 guests). Our suites are an idyllic place to stay and our goal is to make you feel the experience and the quality in a peaceful and private environment. Thea Suite (2-5 guests) is a tastefully decorated, self contained residence with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and open kitchen/living/dining area. It has a large, beautiful & private terrace with outdoor lounging/dining areas with glorious views (hot spring Thirasia, skaros...ruins of an old castle that were destroyed after earthquake, and Imerovigli village). It is a beauty of architectural style of delight and charm, with thick walls, 9th century Greek tiles floors and elegant décor. Romance studio (2 guests) is a romantic and charming open-plan guest room with thick walls cut deep onto the cliff. It has a sleeping and sitting area with bathroom, and its own private balcony with the same enchanting views of the Aegean Sea, the caldera, the volcano and of course the magnificent Santorini sunset, but no kitchen. Nest studio (2 guests) is our new open plan-studio. Elegant and minimal, Nest affords a sleeping and sitting area with one double bed, one bathroom with bath top and shower, a cosy living room and a compact kitchenette. Fronted by glass doors-windows, this nest of love lead you out to a private and lounging terrace with a stunning view of the Aegean see and the volcano, hot spring Thirasia and the magnificent sunset. Will be ready for June! Notes on accommodations: We offer personalized assistance to all our guests for private tours, excursions, weddings and VIP services. Have the experience of a candle light dinner on the caldera on our balcony....available at My Perfect Villa. Next to our villa, for a cost of 15 euro, you can enjoy the large swimming pool and the same fanstastic view, include in price, sun beds & towels. Coast/Beach: Nearest beach 6 km, Exo Gialos quiet, nice and private. There are a few rare black sand beaches on Santorini, the most popular one is Red Beach, located in Akrotiri, 12 Km from our Villa. Also Perivolos, kilometers of black sand known as the longest stretch of beach on the island, deep clear water and with stylish settlement. Travel: Nearest Port 7km, Nearest airport 6km. For exploring Santorini, we also recommend to rent a car. Further details: Banks, bars, dance clubs, fashion stores, souvenirs, handmade jewelry shops and more are mainly located in Fira. Also in Firostefani, you can find recommended restaurants, crafts, Greek products and trendy coffee shops. Hiking: From our Villa, cross the popular path that lead you to Oia, one of the most beautiful village of Santorini. It takes around 3 hours and offer fantastic views of the Caldera. Also a shorter alternative (15-20 minutes) is the part that takes you from Imerovigli into Firostefani and finally Fira town. Booking notes: For any booking at My Perfect Villa, we kindly ask you to contact us by email or by telephone. We accept credit cards and money transfer for your convenience. Reservation confirmation: A deposit of two nights is required in order to confirm a reservation. Remaining balance due upon check out. Cancellation policy: Any cancellation less than 21 days prior to the arrival date results in 50% payment of the entire booking. Any cancellation within seven (7)days prior to the arrival date or non appearance or less-stay, may result in 100% payment of the entire booking. The one night's deposit, after being paid, is non-refundable in any case, but can be used for re-booking purposes within one year. Rates includes: Bottle of wine and flowers, maid services and all the taxes. Additional guests: 35 euro, per day, per person, age 5-12, 20 euro per day. Prices are quoted in euro, per day, per suites, all taxes include. My Perfect villa offer transfer one way from port/airport to villa, 20 euro for two persons, each extra person, 5 euro. VIP transfer available on request.
