Our Houses are located in the village of Firostefani, one of the most beautiful villages in Santorini. A quiet and exclusive community, only 12 minutes walk from busy Fira, Santorini’s main town and center of activities and amenities. Also our villa is near by (50/70 metres) recommended restaurants, super market and parking.
Built on the famous Caldera cliff edge, Firostefani is high over the sea with stunning views of the rest of Santorini, its outer islands and the volcano in the immense bay below.
The house is constructed in traditional Santorini architectural style on 3 levels and 3 seperate units. Each level is self contained, offering a private balcony. Our studios and apartment are an idyllic place to stay and our goal is to make you feel the experience and the quality in a peaceful and private environment.
Thea apartment (2-5 guests) is a tastefully decorated, self contained residence with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and open kitchen/living/dining area. It has a large, beautiful & private terrace with outdoor lounging/dining areas with glorious views (hot spring Thirasia, skaros...ruins of an old castle that were destroyed after earthquake, and Imerovigli village). It is a beauty of architectural style of delight and charm, with thick walls, 9th century Greek tiles floors and elegant décor. Half of the room is built in a cave so there is no air conditionning, the spave remain cool.
Romance studio (2 guests) is a romantic and charming open-plan guest room with thick walls cut deep onto the cliff. Its has a sleeping and sitting area with bathroom, and its own private balcony with the same enchanting views of the Aegean Sea, the caldera, the volcano and of course the magnificent Santorini sunset. The room include air conditioning, refrigerator plus coffee facilities.
Nest studio (2 guests) on the top floor of our home is a glassed in studio with spectacular views in all directions. Elegant yet cosy & intimate, secluded & comfortable, the studio has enormous charm. The living sleeping area, the built in bath shower and the large private terrace all have magical views of the Kaldera . The room include air conditioning, refrigerator plus coffee facilities.
NOTE ON THE SITUATION IN GREECE
The financial difficulties and resulting demonstrations here in Greece have been much in the news lately. We would like to inform you that although these problems are serious and distressing, Greece remains an extremely safe and civilized destination for tourists and travelers .Santorini and the other islands have experienced virtually no changes from these events, all businesses and services are functioning normally and thousands of people are enjoying the wonderful Greek holiday experience.

Availibility/calender: We do not put any availibility due to the fact that we manage other houses in Santorini and we want to accommodate all our guests.We offer as well personalized assistance to all our guests for private tours, excursions and car rental.
RESERVATION
For any booking, we kindly ask you to contact us by email.
A deposit of 30% OF THE TOTAL OF THE RESERVATION is required in order to confirm a reservation. Remaining balance due upon check in, cash only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation less than 21 days prior to the arrival date results in 50% payment of the entire booking. Any cancellation within seven (7)days prior to the arrival date or non appearance or less-stay, may result in 100% payment of the entire booking. The deposit, after being paid, is non-refundable in any case, but can be used for re-booking purposes within one year.
INCLUDE IN RATE
Rates includes, maid services and all the taxes. Our maid will at least change your towels and linen every 2/3 days or at your conveniance. We do not serve breakfast.
Travel: Nearest Port 7km, Nearest airport 6km. For exploring Santorini, we also recommend to rent a car.
Further details: Banks, bars, dance clubs, fashion stores, souvenirs, handmade jewelry shops and more are mainly located in Fira. Also in Firostefani, you can find recommended restaurants, crafts, Greek products and trendy coffee shops.
FIRA THE CAPITAL
Fira, the capital is the busiest point of the island. Hanging from the highest cliffs of the Caldera, it attracts thousand of tourists and, as a result, Fira is the most densely built part of Santorini. Have a glance at the Theotokopoulos Square, the meeting point overflowing with cafes and thousand of visitors. Gold Street with the jewellery stores and the commercial centre Fabrika are poles of attraction but you should definitely go to enjoy the view of the Caldera. In Fira you have the Archaeological Museum of Thira, the Museum of Pre-historic Thira. The Bellonias Foundation is the cultural centre of the island. The Santorini Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral is situated in a unique position in the Caldera. The Catholic Cathedral will impress you with its architecture and steeple.
HIKING PATH NEAR OUR HOUSE
From our Villa, cross the popular path that lead you to Oia, one of the most beautiful village of Santorini. It takes around 3 hours and offer fantastic views of the Caldera. Also a shorter alternative (15-20 minutes) is the part that takes you from Imerovigli into Firostefani and finally Fira town.
TRANSFER
Fegari House arrange transfer one way from port/airport to villa, 22 euro for two persons, each extra person, 6 euro. VIP transfer available on request.

My husband and I honeymooned in Santorini and decided to return for our 5 year anniversary and chose The Nest studio. It was fantastic! Gorgeous views from everywhere in the studio - even the bathroom! We often chose to get dinner "to go" and enjoyed it while watching the sunset from the balcony. Christine was very helpful with all of our questions and gave us some great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to eat at. I would definitely recommend renting a car - there is parking very close to the studio so you never have to worry about finding a space. I would return here in a heartbeat and when we return to Santorini, this will be the first place I try to book!

Beautiful, amazing, stunning what else can I say. Thea apartment was lovely our 5 nights will be remembered for the spectacular views, charming accommodation and the wonderful help that Christine provided to us. Our five nights on Santorini were fantastic the Villa is walking distant to the center Fira but far enough away to provide peace at the end of the day . We stayed in the Thea suite with our 2 teenagers (ages 13, 16). The accommodations and the view were both amazing! The deck is a beautiful place to sit back and relax with a superb view. In the morning, we enjoyed our basket of fruits and pastries. Loved the fresh figs! At night we loved to watch the sunset, light all the candles and play cards. Christine was there to receive us as soon as we arrived and was wonderfully helpful with great recommendations and so were the owners. We have so many good memories from our summer vacation. The 4 of us definitely recommend this place. We actually recommended it to all our friends and family. Merci beaucoup Christine! J’espère retourner à Santorini un jour.

My familt and I had the pleasure of staying in this magnificent property in May and the view is beyond belief. Whether it was the sunrise or the sunset, sitting on the patio was memorable. The master bedroom and bath are carved from the rock and will be a true conversation piece when you return home. Access to the town is easy. The owners and Christine were absolutely charming and went out of their way to help guests enjoy their slice of paradise. Christine has excellent relations with local vendors and was able to help us meet all of our needs. We would return in a heartbeat, and encourage you to consider this experience.

My fiance and I stayed in the studio for 4 days. It was simply amazing. Michael, the owner of the units was visiting (he lived in the main unit two flights below us) at the time and we had the chance to sit and drink wine and talk about the lifestyle and attractions of Santorini. It added to the overall experience and made it more enjoyable. We woke up every morning starting down the Caldera and taking in what might be one of the most amazing views in the world. We were provided with fresh bread and pastries every morning that hit the spot. The studio was clean, comfortable and roomy. It met our expectations and then some. Christine Tremblay, who manages the property, was excellent and provided us with a good amount of information and recommendations about food, the sites and how to get around. One of the best aspects is the privacy of the studio. We could lunge in the room or on the very roomy patio with its own sofa and tables overlooking the incredible (incredible!!) views of the island. To all interested, the Figary Villa has a diamond in the rough, a little place where the view is not just breathless but big at heart. Myself and my wife spent 2 weeks soaking every sunset, every sunrise with the perfect view of the Caldera, the sea and only blue skies, a dream vacation that will always be remembered. Our host Christine made certain that all our needs had been met, sending us information of not only our villa, but the charming town of Firsotefani, and Fira the capital of the Santorini island and ensuring that the property was well cleaned and stocked. The location was superb, walking distance to Fira, and many, many restaurants, where the food and wine is to die for. Local buses, rental of 4 wheelers and other transportation are readily available, a must do is a sunset cruise with Captain Dan cruises, the dream catcher his new and pride ship of numerous catamaran will take you places that your eyes will not beleive. The beauty of the island, during the day time, the white villas with the bright blue roofs are picturesque and always a perfect picture for any camera, the night time every little nook and cranny street are luminated and brings the romance of the island alive. We fell in love with our little villa, the morning pastries brought up to our door by Micheal a gentleman at heart, a great host and always willing to talk with all his guests was always a great start of our day. But the best was every evening, a nice bottle of wine made from Santos winery and the ever breathless red sunsets each and every day made the trip in this cozy little town worth its price in gold. We made a promise, that one day we would return to this little villa the Nest and celebrate once again life, peace, and our new love of this Greek island.

Staying in the Nest Studio was an absolute privilege. No picture can capture the staggeringly beautiful view we enjoyed there during our 2 week stay. For travellers interested in accomodations with genuine character and charm, this is the place you are looking for. Our time in the Thea Suite was by far the best lodging of our trip. We stayed with our 2 children (ages 8, 11). The layout of the apartment is open and spacious, the kitchen is well-stocked with spices, excellent cookware and dishes. The deck has a superb view and is the place we would hang out for hours. Christine was wonderfully helpful with her recommendations and facilitating any activity, as were the owners. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying in the Romance Studio back in late October 2008. I have never seen such breathtaking views from any room/hotel I've ever stayed in around the world. It is perfectly located to everything you could ever need and the Property Manager Christine supplied me with all the tools for an unforgettable trip to Santorini. I highly recommend.
