Centrally located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation our villa was completely renovated in spring of '06. Features include: Sparkling white full sized kitchen with Silestone quartz countertops and a full line of appliances (refrigerator, electric range, microhood, garbage disposal and dishwasher); (2) bedrooms (master- King & guest- (2) twins); laundry room off kitchen with full sized washer and dryer; entrance foyer with desk for that traveling professional with a laptop (high-speed wireless); super comfortable large couch (sits 6+) with sliding glass doors to balcony overlooking the golf course. We have tried to think of everything and there is a TV in each room with both VCR & DVD players. You are just a stone's throw away from the pool (kiddy pool also).
The location is ideal, with an easy walk (1/2 mile) to the Sea Pines Beach Club or golf at the Ocean and Sea Marsh courses, and an easy bike ride to Harbour Town and South Beach. There are 44 miles of paved bike/walking pathways and miles of white sandy beachfront for swimming or jogging. The seasonal trolley is also available to take you from place to place, with a stop right in the Plantation Club property.
Go on an alligator hunt on your bikes, shop 'til your heart's content (13 miles to the outlet shops), golf on one of the islands 24 courses or go into historic Savannah, GA (35 min.) for a wonderful day of exploring. In October you can enjoy the Monarch butterflies making their pilgrimage south and the winter's on island can pretty much be described as "sweater weather"!

Why the Owner Chose Plantation Club Villas
Jerry is a scratch golfer and I love the ocean. Plantation Club is on the golf course and just a short walk to the beach so it worked well for both of us. In addition we can walk to everything and with our family trips that works well. Couple that with the 44 miles of bike trails, beautiful plantations and just the all over relaxing atmosphere and it was our little bit of “heaven”!

Biking, shopping, sunning, walking the beach (one of one of the best we found), golfing, wonderful restaurants, trips to Savannah and just in generally kicking back and enjoying the gorgeous surroundings!

Jerry and I had dated in high school but went on to marry others. 28 years later we got together and here we are with our 4 grandchildren. I am a Real Estate Broker in N/W Penna. and he is a retired pipeline welder who now does inspection work. Basically our lives now revolve around family and grandchildren!

We have vacationed at Hilton Head each year for the past 10 years. We have stayed at Plantation Club Villas the last 4 years and it is a great location in Sea Pines. Everything about Jerry's and Terri's place was fantastic! Very clean, accommodating, easy access to beach, golf, pool,....they even had extra beach chairs to take to the beach, games to play, and several books to read. In addition, we received a great discount on the bike rentals by mentioning their name and that is always a plus because bikes are a must at Sea Pines. Kudos to the owners for making such a wise investment! It is not only for their family but also for each family like ours so we can enjoy a little bit of paradise each year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed in Terry's condo for the month of April. We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped nicely with cooking utensils. The owner was very helpful in answering any questions we had and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. My husband and I are golfers, so we sure enjoyed watching the play from our patio overlooking a green on the Ocean Course. We can't wait to come back. We loved Reilly's Happy Hour and Lobster night. The Boathouse was another favorite lunch spot. We took many walks to Harbor Town and the beach.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We just returned from a fabulous vacation at this villa. We were thrilled with everything about it - location, view from balcony, accommodations, cleanliness, etc. We can't wait to return again next year!

This condo/villa met and exceeded all of our expectations. The Golf View was exceptional, the accomodations were clean and neat, everything about this unit was a home run !!!
