This lovely new home has it all, hot tub, pool table in family room, foosball table in loft, cathedral ceilings, stone (gas burning) fireplace, modern fully equipped kitchen w/granite countertops, beautifully furnished and decorated plus a nice sized deck for entertaining. Walk to the beach and lake. Sleeps 12.
Situated in a peaceful setting on a 1/2 acre wooded property, children enjoy watching native animals that routinely walk through the yard. Deer, turkey and other wild life are commonly seen. Winter evenings offer a view of the slopes at Big Boulder Ski Resort from the large windows in family room and loft.
Located in Lake Harmony Estates the house is approximately a 1/4-mile from the lake. Staying in the Estates affords you access to a private beach with parking, tennis courts, and a marina key to allow boat access to the lake. The house is about 1 mile from Big Boulder Ski Area and a 5-minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area. Camel Back Ski Area and Water Park as well as the Crossings Outlets are only 20 miles away. Other activities are available at the nearby Split Rock Resort and the Galleria including a movie theatre, arcade, ice cream parlor and bowling alley.
Restaurants are only a few minutes away. Nick's Lake House, Shenanigans, Louie's Prime Steak House, the Split Rock Lodge, the Terra Cottage Cafe and Piggy's are all close. Recreational activities such as skiing, golfing, biking, climbing, mini-golf, horseback riding, state parks and a dirt bike and ATV riding park are all nearby.
Annual attractions include NASCAR racing, Wine and Food Fest, Blues Fest and Beer Festivals.
Future attractions include a water park at Split Rock Resort and a Golf Club at Jack Frost.
Directions: The home is easily accessible from Exit 95 of the PA Turnpike or Interstate 80.

Great time at a Beautiful Home

We went for Labor Day weekend Sept 2-5, 2011 and were a family of 10 adults and 6 children all range 2-10. We were comfortable and had plenty of room. The house is in great condition and well taken care of. Of course we did our own cleaning and wiped everything down. The house did have a musky smell, but we easily took care of that by buying a carpet deodorizer that refreshed the house. The house is fully stocked with all utensils needed. We did have an issue with the a/c but Tim was able to help us out over the phone in fixing and addressing the situation and was attentive in calling us back in making sure everything was okay. The kids had a great time and so did we!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.

A group of 10 of us stayed at this property for 3 nights and we had a great time. The location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. Definitely recommended.
