Lakefront Specialty Beach House, Special rental rates for this year (2009) & (2010) SAVE! What a view! You are on the large part of the Lake, In front of Ocean Lakes Store. Welcome to Shas Beach House. Our House is second house to the main road and only a little more than 200 feet from the Blue Atlantic Ocean! Beach house is 2 story on stilts and has a great breeze year round!
The living room, kitchen and 1st. Master Bedroom Suite is on first floor. The living room has a large couch, loveseat, wingback chair and Cable T.V. With (100's) of channels, DVD & VHS player/recorder, Lots of recorded movies listed below. The living room and kitchen is open where you can enjoy with plenty of room with a Bar, w/stools and a dining room with 4/chairs. Our kitchen has all you need to plan your meals. We have a blender, under-counter coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, smooth-top range, side by side refrigerator filtered ice & water. China(dishes), glasses, silverware, pots and pans. Plastic plates also if needed for the children. A swing & table w/4 chairs on front deck (balcony) roadside deck also has table with chairs and sun chair.
We have 4 Bedrooms-(2)are Master Suites - All Bedrooms have ceiling fans. The first floor Master Suite has a large Queen rod-iron/cherry bed and a master bath with a Garden Tub and a walk-in shower a Twin water bed, a large walk-in closet w/lots of room!
On the second floor is the 2nd Master Suite with plenty of room, 14 X 20 Master Suite with a Large Queen rod-iron/cherry bed, TV., large master bath, a garden tub, a stand-up shower and a walk in closet. This Master Suite has large windows, you can lie down & see the Moon & Stars, and hear the Ocean. Very Romantic and with a Chandelier above. Your own private door to the top deck(balcony), a rod-iron table with 4 chairs and cushions and an umbrella, with 2 Adirondack chairs. A great place to have breakfast and watch the sun come up!
The third Bedroom, an Antique Queen Iron Canopy Bed, with matching bench. Morning glories, white lace draped over canopy. This bedroom is also on the second floor with its private door to the top deck (balcony), This is the Caribbean room. Between the third and fourth bedroom is a bathroom with large shower and large lighted mirrors/cab. The fourth bedroom (Sunshine room) has 2 (twin) Queen Anne Antique beds that face the roadside,
Safety at all times! We want you to have a great time, but be safe, abide by all the rules of this rental beach house, the rules of Ocean Lakes Campground. We have a 24 hr security patrol.Quiet Time- 11:00 til 7:00 am. Please no loud noise/music, please respect your neighbor!
Our house is only rented to Families, NO groups of young singles. You must be (25 years of age) or older to rent Shas Beach House. Our beach house has 2 master suites with garden tubs and stand-in showers. Shas Beach House is on the lake and you can fish day and night and you won't have to leave, Also at night you can see the fireworks from three of the decks facing the beach. Shas Beach House is in front of Sandy Mart, Sandy's Meet N' Eat, Sandy's Center State-Campsite, Wireless Zone! The house is located in the main area of Ocean Lakes Campground with only a short walk to the beach. Also underneath the Beach House there is always a great summer breeze to enjoy, grilling out with the large gas grill. Great sites you don't want to miss .. Have fun! Hey, I've gone to sleep on the Hammick and slept there all night long, you can really hear the sound of the ocean In the master suite and other bedrooms upstairs.

My husband and I first started camping in Ocean Lakes in the 80's and we loved it.
We found this lot for sale that we had always loved and bought the lot with a 35ft,
Travel Trailer and then we decided to live here. We are from the up state of South Carolina
and we have always taken most of our vacations in Ocean Lakes.
We decided to build the house in 1999 and have lived here ever since.
We still have a house in the upstate and have thought about renting while we travel in the summer months, that way we can enjoy our time here and travel and see other places and you can enjoy the beach here just as we have. Have a great time! Ed & Sharon

The Unique Benefits of this House
OUR HOUSE HAS A RAINBOW INSIDE EVERY EVENING WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN...(GODS WILL) THE NAME ON OUR HOUSE! IN 1996 WE WERE ON OUR WAY DOWN TO OCEAN LAKES CAMPGROUND FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY PULLING OUR 35FT. TRAVEL TRAILER AND WE CAME UPON AT BAD ELECTRICAL STORM. MY HUSBAND DROVE A TRAILER TRUCK FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND HE KNEW ALOT ABOUT DRIVING IN BAD WEATHER AND HE SAID WE WOULD JUST PULL IN THE REST AREA AND LET THE STORM GET AHEAD OF US. HE PULLED BETWEEN 2 TRAILER TRUCKS AND WE WAS JUST SITTING THERE HOPING THE STORM WOULD PASS BECAUSE IT WAS ALREADY AFTER MIDNIGHT AND THIS STORM WAS VERY BAD! THE LIGHTING WAS SO BRIGHT THAT IT MADE THE OUTSIDE LIGHTS GO OUT. WE HAVE SEEN LOTS OF RAINBOWS AFTER STORMS, BUT NEVER AT NIGHT! A RAINBOW ROSE-UP FROM IN FRONT OF OUR TRUCK AND IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AS IT REACHED OVER INTO THE WOODS...JUST LIKE IT WAS GOING STRAIGHT FOR THE BEACH JUST LIKE WE WAS. WELL, WHEN WE GOT THERE, THE SITE THAT WE HAD ALWAYS WANTED WAS JUST LISTED ON THE SALES SHEETS AND WE WERE THE FIRST ONES TO GO AND LOOK AT IT, BUT WE KNEW THAT WE WANTED THAT SPOT OF LAND. IT ONLY HAD A 35FT. KOUNTRY AIR TRAVEL TRAILER ON IT AND WE LOVED IT. IN NOV.,1999 WE DECIDE TO BUILD A HOUSE ON IT AND NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS WOULD WE KNOW THAT WHERE WE PUT THE WINDOW IN THE STAIRWELL AND THE BACK DOOR AT THE KITCHEN WOULD LEAD TO A RAINBOW COMING THROUGH EVERY EVENING WHEN THE SUN STARTED TO SET. IT HAS BEEN A BLESSING TO SEE AND KNOW THAT HOUSE WAS GODS WILL!
