Our unique, angled, floor plan provides GULF views from all rooms. This is "NOT" your typical shot-gun style floor plan. All rooms are angled and open with glass doors/windows from ceiling to floor. Additionally, all rooms open onto a huge 28-foot balcony overlooking the pool and beautiful GULF. Our unit is very open, large, and has nine-foot ceilings. Unique features of this building include air-conditioned interior hallways and enclosed parking. Surfside Resort provides one of the area's most complete array of amenities.

The LIVING/DINING room and all bdrms HAS STUNNING GULF FRONT VIEWS, is beautifully decorator furnished and includes an entertainment center with TV/VCR/DVD and stereo system. The living/dining room has a mirrored wall which creates a very open room and provides stunning views of the GULF.
Our fully-furnished kitchen includes dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, disposal, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, plates, glasses, cookware, utensils, bowls, etc. We have added many personal touches/items. Your every need has been anticipated. We also have washer/dryer and TV in the living room and bedrooms.
There is plenty of storage to get your bags and "things" out of your way while you are relaxing. Full linens, towels, etc. are also provided. The huge balcony is completely furnished and accessorized.

You can rent boats (pontoon, sail, motorboats, or jet skis). Destin's most popular restaurants are within one mile and there are three shopping malls within miles.
Destin is also known as the "luckiest fishing village in the world," so if you fancy catching some red snapper, flounder, pompano, or grouper, you can go out for half a day or all day, and guess what???? My brother is a charter captain, "CAPTAIN BILL", on the boat "ONE OF A KIND"; and do they catch BIG and MANY fish (not just saying that because he's my brother, of course). They are really GREAT and have a FUN TIME. I can even coordinate your fishing trip!!! |
