Just a few minutes walk and you are standing on the sugar white sands of Siesta Beach, looking out onto the Gulf of Mexico where you can relax and tan by day and watch our beautiful sunsets in the evening. Enjoy our heated pool and if you like tennis there are two courts on the property out your back door.
There is a fishing pier on the bayside where you can fish and watch the boats go by on the intracoastal waterway.
The condominium is on the ground floor, you will find a master bedroom with king size bed, and master bathroom. Fully appliance with newly remodeled kitchen, granite countertops and new appliances. There is a breakfast bar and separate dining area. Full size washer and dryer for your convenience. We have a spacious living room with comfortable sofa and chairs, TV and DVD player. Lanai with chairs and table look out into tropical gardens and tennis area. We have DSL hook up for high speed internet, wireless internet is available for your use also. The second bedroom has a trundle bed which serves as two twin beds. The condominium has been completely remodeled from top to bottom and equipped with all new linens, towels and equipment throughout. No stone has been left unturned.
