This Keystone town home is a true 4 season retreat in a real Colorado setting featuring year round river only 25 steps from your back door. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances & wine refrigerator, brand new high end furniture, including 2 sectional couches, coffee table, 2 flat screen TV's, DVD, stereo and CD player.

One of very few Keystone properties with outdoor access from the main living space and one of only 5 Settlers Creek properties with direct access to the creek and National forest out the back door. Imagine your coffee in the morning and drinks in the afternoon/evening on the patio while listening to the sounds of the river.

This property is in spectacular condition! The top floor is all master bedroom with a small work space loft. The master is spacious, light and bright with a private whirlpool bath, glass enclosed shower, dual sinks, high end tile and walk in closet. The master bedroom is creek side...open your windows and enjoy the sounds.

The second and third bedrooms are on the main floor. One with a bunk bed (twin on top, double on bottom). The other bedroom has a queen bed and a large deck of its own with bench and chairs and mountain views. There are 3 full luxurious bathrooms in this home! A fourth sleeping area is downstairs with its own bathroom. This area is set up as a second living room with another flat screen TV, sectional couch, and game table. If you need to separate yourself from the kids so the adults can enjoy the view and creek or watch a movie or play a game upstairs while the kids play and watch movies downstairs. The sectional couch folds out into a queen bed...nothing but the best!

This town home is a 1/3 mile to River Run village center by walk or .5 mile by road. You can take the free shuttle which will pick you up any time you like (just call, or every 20 minutes at your front door). The shuttle drops you off right in front of the skit area so you don't have to walk at all, unlike a Condo in a main village. Summer time ride your California cruiser down to the village, they are provided for you in the garage. Hiking and biking trails out the front or back door up to the year round reservoir.

An additional treat is Minnies Cabin, an intimate log cabin with a private, outdoor, heated swimming pool and heated patio, 2 hot tubs, outdoor fireplace, gourmet barbecue grill, and private picnic area. Inside Minnies Cabin enjoy a roaring fire, comfy cabin chairs, billiards or TV. His and hers locker rooms with showers are included also. All for your use during your stay. Our townhouse is 50 yards from the front steps to the pool.

Year Purchased: 2007

Hi! We are Matt and Barrie Hudson! We are both transplants to Colorado, but the Rocky Mountains beckoned and we have not looked back. We each grew up near the ocean, Matt in the San Juan Islands in Washington and Barrie in the San Francisco Bay Area. We love the ocean, but we can’t resist the mountains and everything they offer. We each have been in Colorado for 12 years and are now raising a family in Littleton, just outside of Denver. Living only 1 hour from Summit County, we try to escape suburbia as often as possible. Why the Owner Chose Settlers Creek

We bought the property in Keystone and Settlers Creek because of the serenity this location offers. The view from the main living area is amazing. We continually see deer and fox and occasionally we see weasels, porcupines and bear not 10 feet from the back door. The close proximity to the River Run Base Area in Keystone is another reason we chose Settlers Creek. It is an easy walk or bike ride in the summer and most days in the winter. The shuttle service is also fantastic and runs continually throughout the year either on a schedule or by calling in for a ride.

The Unique Benefits of this Townhome

In the summer, you cannot beat the trails in Keystone and Summit County for hiking and biking. Our two kids love the Minnie's Cabin pool and hot tubs. We love the peacefulness of the location. It is tranquil to lay in bed at night with the window open and listen to Jones Creek, not 20 yards from the back of the property.

    • What a beautiful, clean and thoroughly comfortable place. We felt right at home, and it is always nice to be able to travel with the whole family, including the dog! The kitchens and baths leave nothing to be desired. We ate most of our meals out which makes this location to perfect; it is near town but yet you feel like you are in the wilderness. Great place!!

    • This townhouse was perfect for us, and the owners were great. It is very well-stocked, great lay-out and location, with top-of-the-line features and decor. It was spotless, which proves that you can allow dog-lovers to bring their dogs without compromising on quality!
