Our luxury Gardenia Home is located on a quiet cul de sac with an open golf view of the Mallory Hill Amelia course. The open floor plan of the home gives you a serene view of the golf course from the kitchen, living, dining and the extended screened lanai. The home is located down the street from the Sabal Chase pool and just minutes from the Lake Sumter Landing Town Square.
This barely lived in 2006 home is fully decorated and furnished, including linens and kitchen utensils. The kitchen includes a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water, gas range, dishwasher, and microwave. The adjoining breakfast area with a bay window has a round glass table with four chairs. A separate air-conditioned utility room contains washer, dryer and laundry sink.
The open living area has a couch, loveseat, tables, TV and VCR-DVD player. The dining room table seats six. The fully furnished Master Bedroom with two walk in closets includes a king-size bed, large dresser with mirror, night stands, LCD TV and has sliding glass doors opening onto the lanai. Recreational facilities are also nearby with tennis, pickle ball, swimming pools and indoor activities.
