Offering, an attractive, remodeled, ranch-style, year round cottage home for the months of June, July, and August. The house is situated within a short walk to Campground Beach, a beautiful, bayside, public beach. A three hundred square foot front deck allows for relaxed outdoor living, dining, and festivities. Included in the rental is a gas grill, picnic table, and outdoor furniture. The prime location in North Eastham offers both privacy and safety without isolation. Within easy walking distance is a general store/deli, offering all amenities and sundries.
The house features four bedrooms, including a long master bedroom, measuring 27x13 feet, including a queen-size mahogany bed, sitting area, armoire, and a large closet. Wide knotty-pine hardwood floors run throughout the house, along the ceiling fans to give it a beachy, nautical decor. Another bedroom features a full-size bed, a third bedroom includes two twin beds, and the fourth offers twin bunk-beds. A full bathroom was added in 1998. A private shower, with hot and cold running water is steps away.
The kitchens features all amenities and has just been remodeled to include new tile throughout and new flooring, it is fully stocked with coffee-maker, microwave, toaster oven, lobster pot, and service for six. There is also a counter with seating for four for coffee and quick bites. Off of the kitchen is a dining table and chairs for six.
The large living room is paneled and features an entertainment center with large-screen TV, cable channels, and stereo. There is comfortable seating for six, and is light and airy with two windows to deck and front of the house. It is an open floor plan which offers easy mingling, and plenty of light.
There is ample parking space for up to three vehicles, and the maximum persons is six. The outside garage is decorated with colorful lobster buoys, and mature paintings surround. The lawn is mowed and maintained by a private landscaper.
Campground Beach, the bayside beach, is appealing to both adults and kids for the tides and the beauty of the sunsets. When the tide is low, the kids can play at the shore, and when it is high, everyone can enjoy the surf and beauty of the sea. The sandbars are extensive and make for extensive tidal pools. There is also available fresh, local spring fed ponds for swimming nearby.
Eastham, Massachusetts is the home of the Cape Cod National Seashore, with miles of ocean beaches, less than three miles away. There is the Audobon Society in Wellfleet, the next town over, which also houses the Wellfleet Drive-in. In this area, we also offer fishing, bike paths, boating, excellent restaurants, all within a five minute drive-offering the finest seafood, and locally caught.
