Recently selected as one of Puerto Vallarta's "boutique villas", Casa Paraiso is a 5,000 + square foot villa located in stylish Puerto Vallarta, between the tropical Jalisco jungles and Banderas Bay. You may choose to zip-line through the jungle, charter a private boat, shop the many galleries and markets or just sit on the beach and enjoy a cold beverage. All are within easy walking distance.
Each of the home's 4 ensuite bedrooms (3 king/1 queen)is decorated in traditional Mexican themes; all enjoying spectacular views of Old Town and the bay. Abundant outdoor spaces including balconies, terraces, outdoor gardens and a solar heated pool offer our guests plenty of opportunities for socializing or enjoying a private moment. The villa's indoor and outdoor rooms offer an uninterrupted flow that ensures easy beach living and entertainment opportunities.
The villa has been fully renovated and includes two large, separate living areas, a large dining room that seats 12 and a fully appointed kitchen decorated with traditional, hand-painted Mexican tiles. Enjoy your breakfast or afternoon cocktails on the large main level terrace with spectacular bay views.
Sit back and relax and leave the housekeeping to us - the villa is staffed with a full time housekeeper. A complimentary margarita and a light snack will welcome you upon arrival. Daily breakfast or lunch preparation services are included (Monday through Saturday)- food must be purchased separately. Additional chef services available upon request at $50 per meal.

For one whole week we lived in the lap of luxury at Casa Paraiso. It all started with being served fresh Margaritas when we arrived, then the next morning eating a delicious breakfast on the terrace while we enjoyed the view of the bay. When we wanted solitude we could enjoy our own private balcony or find a bench in the gardens. We enjoyed walking to the beach and browsing in the many shops and galleries. We are looking forward to going back for another dream vacation in 2008.

In the 20 plus years of coming to Puerto Vallarta I have stayed in quite a few very nice villas in the Romantic Zone and have always been very pleased. For our recent visit I was disappointed to find that our usual favorite place was booked. It turned out that this disappointment was a great piece of luck because we discovered Casa Paraiso, by far the nicest place we have rented in Puerto Vallarta. This particular trip was with a group of friends and in planning the trip I was feeling the burden of responsibility in choosing a place that everyone would find pleasing. No worry here; I was the hero for my astounding judgment. Style, comfort, and location are always my top criteria when selecting a place to stay. Casa Paraiso is beautifully designed and nicely furnished and decorated. It is obvious that a lot of care went into the recent renovations. The expansive layout provides places to gather and socialize but one can always choose to retreat to a number of tranquil spaces. When we arrived there was no problem deciding who would get the good rooms and who would settle for the not-so-good rooms. All four rooms were "good" and each room had some feature that made it special. The location is good, just high enough up the hillside for beautiful views but low enough to make it an easy walk to and from the beach. A few late evenings we were lazy and took a taxi but mostly we walked. The staff is accommodating and mostly unobtrusive and all of our dealings with the owner, Maria, were very satisfactory. My initial email inquiry was almost immediately followed by a courtious phone call and all the arrangements were handled quickly and efficiently. We have already recommended Casa Paraiso to a number of friends and it is now our new favorite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

We had such a good visit. I have already recommended Casa Paraiso to several of my friends and hope that I can get back there again. The house was beautiful with each bedroom seeming like a master suite. The views were just spectacular from every room. We lucked out finding Casa Paraiso! Thank you, Maria!

The Casa was very well appointed with highend bed linens, beautiful art work & pottery, serving platters etc and was in great shape. The view of the city and the ocean were amazing. I loved being there the views and overall ambiance. A great PV vacation retreat.

The home far exceeded our expectations and we all agreed that its even more beautiful than the pictures indicated. Each of the bedroom suites has features that makes it special and with so many living spaces and lush garden areas, there were plenty of places to escape (the housemates) and relax. Though it was my first trip to PV, I found it diffcult to tear myself away from the view to go exploring! Again, the pictures do not do it justice. There was a constant breeze that carried the sounds of church bells and Mariachi bands to our doorstep making my PV experience even more enjoyable. The location is ideal for the beach, restaurants and galleries...even one of the canopy tour operators is a short walk away. Vista Grill-one of PV's best restaurants-is just around the corner...don't miss it! Maria was a pleasure to work with and the staff was exceptional. Trini made some fantastic meals and knows how to mix a 'mean' margarita. There is no question that I'll try to return as soon as possible!

After spending 8 years of PV winter vacations at various Villas and Casas, my friends and I have found our home away from home, Casa Paraiso. We enjoyed our two week stay at the house so much that within one month of returning home to the States we had arranged our rental of Casa Paraiso for 2009's vacation. Friendly , personable staff ensured our comfort and the meals that were prepared for us were superb ( so much that we seldom found ourselves at a restaurant for evening dinners!!). Once you’ve experienced Casa Paraiso, you will be back..
