We had an awsome stay. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. The beds were all very comfortable. Having two seperate "living areas" each with comfortable seating and itheir own television was wonderful for reading or watching football games. Beach access was so easy and having a deck with chairs in addition to the swinging seat on the lawn made it so easy to enjoy ourselves. The house was very clean. The house is even better than the pictures show. Everything our family needed for a relaxing spring break stay. We loved the semi-private beach. We loved relaxing on the deck. We really enjoyed our meals in the ocean-view dining room and even washing the dishes was not the chore it is at home when I could gaze at the lovely waves while doing it!!! An endless wonder of the marine life on the beach. Cozy evenings with beach fires and marshmallows. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. We are definitely keeping this beach home for our future travel plans... My husband wants to take me back there without the kids for a relaxing weekend... I know it would be lovely.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Coming from a germ- a- phobe this place was just like home. We felt as welcome and comfortable as if we were at home. This house had lots of room and comfort for all nine of us. The beach access was easy even for our mom who just had hip surgery. The private beach was better than any of the state park beaches we stopped at. The kids found lots of shells and sea stars, the guys found lots of crabs and clams at low tide. Thanks for a great Thanksgiving Holiday that will fill up the memory books. We have no desire to even look for another place to rent and hope to come back again soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

The only other review I could find for this vacation home recommeded its use for a girls getaway, and did we ever! It was perfectly suited for our needs and tastes. Cable tv w/music channels allowed us to sing out our inner divas as the waves applauded our every off-key note. We made good use of the deck, (Oh the sunsets! Oh the harvest moon!) and also the blender! Our hosts couldn't have been easier to deal with making it a friendly and stressfree transaction from beginning to end. Thanks again Beach House, we'll be back next year!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This home is made for family or group vacations but I stayed there by myself and really enjoyed my stay. The view is spectacular (especially from the top deck at sunset or low tide). There is a private beach down a flight of stairs at the back door. The tide pools have fascinating sea life... including butter clams (be sure to get a license before gathering any clams). The home is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. When you get tired of walking on the beach, claming, and investigating the tide pools; there is plenty of entertainment inside the home. There are board games, movies, cable television and Internet access. There are also wonderful places to relax and stare out at the ocean. The sound of the waves is sure to lull you to sleep at bedtime, naptime... anytime. I look forward to returning in the near future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
