This brand new (built in 2005) lovely vacation villa with south-facing heated pool, enlarged sun deck and screen enclosure, is situated at The Villages at Nature's Edge, located at Lake Pierce. Lots of privacy and the Sun Air Golf Course - hole 5 - right behind your backyard!
Peace, space and playing the game of Golf combined with the entertainment "Capital of the World" Orlando within reach. Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studio's, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Kennedy Space Center a.o. are only a short drive away! From fall 2011: Legoland just 15 minutes away!
The villa features four bedrooms (including bonus room), two bathrooms, a big kitchen, living room. Master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Also two bedrooms with shared bathroom. One queen bedroom, a twin room and a bonus room! Ideal for vacationing with two couples. Our villa is fully air-conditioned for your convenience and has three TV’s, the big 47" TV in the living room also with DVD.
The living area is open plan, bright and spacious. The kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, microwave and refrigerator, separate space with washer and dryer. The kitchen nook features a round table with four chairs and in the living area another table with six chairs.
Outside in the back you will find a lanai, a large pool and a spacious screened area surrounded by grass. Always sun or shadow to enjoy. A brand new barbecue present! The irrigation is hooked on a well so always a nice, green garden.

You will rent this villa/ vacation home directly from the owner in the Netherlands. For years we've travelled to lots of places in the US and we loved it everywhere! The friendly people, beautiful nature, clean streets and the endless roads make it our number one vacation land! We absolutely love our Florida home and tried to make it as comfortable as possible for ourselves and of course for you, our guests!
Why the Owner Chose Villages at Natures Edge
As we travelled a lot by car through the entire country for a few decades, Florida always felt like "coming home" to us. The area where our house is located offers both nature and privacy and the entertainment of the Orlando parcs, beaches on the Atlantic Ocean and Golf of Mexico.
With always beautifil weather Florida has it all during all four seasons!

We enjoyed calling this house our home away from home. It was very well kept, was plenty big enough for 8 people, and the pool was wonderful. We enjoyed how close it was to all that centeral Florida has to offer. We would recommend this house to anyone wanting to really experience Florida. We enjoyed watching and hearing all the Florida wildlife from the comford of the Lani. What a great house!

We enjoyed our stay. We had stayed at a rental home before and we are always worried about what to expect but we are happy to say there were no surprises and everything was clearly communicated. We were about a half an hour or so to Kissimmee. It is a nice quiet area and we enjoyed several walks and the view was great. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful retreat. The location was remote and quiet, yet close enough to shopping, groceries and even a day trip to Orlando. Convenient to the Kegel Bowling Training Center in Lake Wales. Driving through the citrus orchards and seeing the Florida's Natural juice plant was fascinating for the kids. The house is spacious, well maintained and very clean. The owners are a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend it and intend to return for another visit.

My family truly enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was nice having all the amenities of a full kitchen and barbecue. Our kids really liked the pool and it was hard to get them out of it! The villa is in a perfect location it you are interested in the Orlando attractions but want to stay out of the busy city. We also liked the fact that we could take a day trip to the ocean. We would suggest using a GPS system, for it took the guesswork out of directions. It was easy to get around the local towns and we had no problem finding grocery stores, restaurants, etc. If you are a golfer or love fishing, you can do that practically in your back yard. If you needed anything, we were encouraged to contact management. It was nice to know Frank was available and we knew how to get a hold of him if needed. Overall, our family had a great time in Florida and was very satisfied with our villa. We would definitely rent this beautiful property again.

We came to visit family and to allow them to taste a little bit of luxury and they were so glad we did. They were happy to comply with our rule of no shoes. Shoes were left by the doo in order to maintain the light colored rug. The Villa is spacious for many and yet cozy. The customer relations provided by the owners was A+. They treated us like family. They could not have accommodated us better. My nieces, ages 6 and 13, and my sister, stayed with us and when the week ended, their sadness was caused not just by our departure, but also by having to say goodbye to the Villa! Coming from a big city, the privacy of the enclosed pool was truly a luxury. The water was always maintained clean at regular intervals. The owner's suggestion to get the GPS was a vacation saver. At first, it did not direct us properly because the agent at the car rental place had entered in Winter Haven, rather than Haines City. It kept taking us to the same exact address, but in Cypress Gardens! Never having used a GPS, I didn't figure that out until after having gotten lost several times. The manager, Frank, always came to the rescue whenever that happened. Do take a flashlight or a picture of the box that holds the house key so that you can enter in the combination. You will not be able to see the numbers at night. The area is extremely quiet, but very safe. Cell phone reception for us was intermittent. Make sure that the phone at the Villa is up and running when you arrive so that you do not miss important calls. For places of Worship nearby, it is good to Google that information before arriving and the GPS will do the rest. We were very pleased to find the kitchen as stocked as it was including dishware, cooking pots and condiments. We were happy to replace any items we used up. The oven is a pleasure because it is self cleaning. As for Internet service, a drive to the town library was sufficient. The Villa provides service, but we did not bring a Lap Top. We did not eat out, except for a buffet place in Cypress Gardens that we highly recommend. It's a pizza parlor except that they serve delicious soups, fresh salads and tasty pizza for under $6.00 located at 3062 Cypress Gardens Rd. SE. As for activities, it's great to out for them and then return to the Villa. A hotel room, with all its room service, does not measure up to the very economical, private, clean, lovely, spacious, cozy and fun amenities that this Villa offered and delivered.

I've been at Nature's Edge for only 9 days. To be honest, those where days, I'll never forget ! The villa is in perfect condition, very clean and big enough to be there with 4 - 6 persons. Largs bedrooms, Bathrooms, a big TV and a delicious pool. Airco in all rooms. I'm sure I will be back ! Thanks !!

We had a great time on our vacation and loved staying at your lovely home. This is the first time we rented a home for our trip to Florida. I was a little hesitant as we have a lovely clean home and I wasn't sure how a rental would be. Your home is lovely and when we arrived it was clean and beautifully furnished. We had everything there we needed and felt right at home. The insturction book you had waiting for us was very helpful and we appreciated all the information you provided. We had a great time. The villa was beautiful, everything we needed was there and also the location was super. We've had a good vacation and are looking forward to go back again. In Dutch: Het huis was mooi, zeer compleet uitgerust en ook de ligging was super. We hebben een goede vakantie gehad en zullen graag nog een keer terug gaan.
