There is a beach cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 boogie boards, two adult bikes, and crab traps in garage for guest use.

$1300 per week, $186 per night one night minimum labor day to November 1st.

$557/3 Night Weekend (Sept 11th-October 31st) and $386/3 night Nov-Mar
Additional 11.5% Tax, $75 Cleaning Fee, and $250 Refundable Damage Deposit;

The Unique Benefits at this House
The sunsets off the back deck are spectacular. We plan our day to be home to enjoy this.
The dock feels like your own private island and you can hear the waves crash on the ocean louder here than at the home. The views of the Morris Island lighthouse are spectacular also. We often catch large 8# fish and large blue crabs off the dock. Occasionally the dolphins visit in the creek beside the dock.
The beach access is wonderful and the sunrise over the ocean just across the street is spectacular. It is a one minute walk from the front door to have your feet in the sand and from there you can walk the 6 mile open public beach at your leasure.
Bike riding to Center St. or the Coast Gaurd Base using the beach bikes in the garage is a fun outing.
