Just 70 yards from our doorstep, discover the pristine white powdery sand of world-famous Treasure Cay Beach and the sparkling turquoise waters of the Sea of Abaco, one of National Geographic's ten best beaches in the world. Uncrowded. Friendly. Timeless. Here you'll find miles of white, powdery sand with the clearest, blue-green waters you've ever seen. Coconut palms rise majestically from a lush landscape of bougainvillea ... and an endless expanse of blue sky is mirrored in the warm, crystal waters below. Go snorkelling, or better still, diving! Also available nearby, take your pick of bone fishing, scuba diving, or deep-sea-fishing- boat charters from the 150-slip marina.
Each room in this inviting and well maintained villa is individually and tastefully decorated with a tropical flair. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and the guest bedroom features a double bed and twin bed. Each bedroom enjoys a separate, private, full bathroom. This fully-equipped vacation villa has cathedral ceilings in all living areas creating a very spacious atmosphere, newly renovated kitchen and relaxing patio furniture. Shared laundry facilities at the office with property manager. A telephone is available allowing you to be called from anywhere in the world as well as to place local phone calls.
Treasure Cay is a very secure private resort ideal for swimming, boating, golfing (18 holes), and exploring the surrounding islands. In the village only minutes away, you can find restaurants, a post office, a supermarket, a liquor shop, a bank with ATM, a police station, and a medical center; as well as cars, golf carts, bikes, tennis courts, and boats for rent.

Our family of four had a wonderful time! The villa was perfect for the four of us. Clean and cozy, very accomadating! The friendliness of the island people is what we really enjoyed. Homemade lobster quiche, keylime and apple pie delivered to our door. The beach was breathtaking and never crowded, just steps from our villa. The owner was so helpful and kind. The surrounding resturants were fabulous and we enjoyed the quaintness of the island. We rented a boat and went to Hope town and snorkeled Mermaid Reef. We can't wait to go back again. So unspoiled there...a slice of heaven!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

Beautiful villa decorated island style, clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Caroline answered all our questions, made our travel, arrival, and stay seamless. Pool delightful, white sand beach and turquoise water steps away. Snorkeling, fishing, beach bar, restaurants, grocery store, transport to other islands short walk away. Lots of activities yet uncrowded, everyone friendly. We will be back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This is our 2nd time to rent Villa 920 in Ocean Villas. We didn't think anything could top last year's visit, but this trip did! Thanks to the owner, Caroline, for that. Last year she gave us great info on eateries, activities, and transportation around the area. This year, we again called upon her knowledge of the area to pursue more activities including bonefishing and boat rentals. She came through like a champ! The references she gave us resulted in a great boat rental that provided us access to Guana Cay & the Sunday BBQ at Nippers (although we ate at Grabbers instead - In our opinion it is more "docile" with better food & service). We also used the boat to visit Green Turtle Cay for a day. Awesome - got a golf cart rental for a self guided tour of the island and ate lunch at McIntosh's - lobster a dozen different ways & great fresh baked cinnamon rolls. The island is amazing in a wonderfully quaint and picturesque way. Oh yeah - the bonefishing ... Caroline recommended a guide that put us on lots of trophy sized bones - not easy fishing - a real challenge because the 8 to 10 pounders are more difficult to catch, but we did catch several. Our visit was early May - a perfect time for limited people & no crowds if that is your preference. A little limited on available eateries within walking distance, but lots are available if you rent a car or use local taxi service. We focused on walking distance - as recommended by Caroline, Coco Beach Bar for lunch - cracked conch & grouper fingers to die for. Also lunch & Dinner next door at the Bahama Beach Club. Across the street & about 3 blocks away at the marina are the Tipsy Seagull Bar - limited menu - and the full menu restaurant Spinnaker's - a little pricey, but very good. Breakfast ... at Spinnakers - great omelets. Our preference is Florence's. Unbelievable cinnamon rolls - my favorite is hash & grits - NOT your normal hash & grits. Villa 920 is a great place. Clean, organized & well maintained. Right next to the private pool. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed if you choose to cook your own meals. The beds are very comfortable, good cable TV and WI-FI service is a real plus. Distance to the beach is less than 200 yards. Grounds are very well kept and the support staff in the onsite office is extremely helpful. A wonderful place to stay - We will return!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful villa with me and my family. The weather was perfect and the pool and beach were beyond our expectations. While your pictures are great, they do not compare with the beauty and fun of actually being there. Any family or couple would enjoy what Treasure Cay and your villa have to offer.
