Our guests rave that our condo is AMAZING and feels like home - you will feel Hawaii surrounded by palms at window level and Hawaiian flowers. Just drop your bags and head to the beach. We are fully stocked with body boards, beach towels, chairs, cooler, beach bags, snorkels and fins.
We have a beautiful, fully appointed ocean-side Kailua-Kona condo, where you can hear the ocean and feel the breeze. Extras include air conditioning in the bedroom, Ceiling fans throughout, high-speed wireless internet, washer/dryer, luxurious bedding and teak recliners on the private lanai.
The condo is located 5-min from downtown on the ocean side. Its a very spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bath that sleeps 6 with a California King bed, queen futon and hide-a-bed couch. Dine inside or on the large lanai overlooking the pool surrounded by palms and beautiful, lush landscaping.
Relax in our modern teak-furnished home in this quiet complex. Enjoy the coolness and 2nd floor privacy of our corner unit with tile floors, unique coral-block exterior walls and ceiling/floor fans. Additionally privacy is provided as all of the complex's buildings are angled towards the ocean, not facing each other. The security screen door and child-safe lanai provide extra confidence.
As you settle in for the evening, take a dip in the lighted solar-heated pool or gather at the BBQ recreation area with full ocean views. Amenities include CD Stereo (Hawaiian music provided), games and TV/DVD/VCR.

PLUS 13.42% Hawaii State Accommodation Tax, and $95 cleaning fee
$200 Refundable Security Deposit required for booking.
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is less than 30 days,
refund on deposit of rent will be forfeited.

We love to go and just relax from the world! There are so many locations to golf, shop sightsee or just lazy around and read and forget about everything else. Sometimes our children and grand-children join us and make it a real family affair. It's such a large island you never run out of things to see and do!

We stayed here for a week during our stay on the Big Island. The owners and property managers were friendly and responsive, and easy to work with. The condo was well stocked with everything you'd need for a beach day (snorkeling equipment, body boards, chairs, towels, fins), and the kitchen equipment was also stocked for a nice meal. This is a quiet condo complex, and very close (1 - 2 miles from downtown Kona). We went for a run along Ali'i Drive every morning, the main drag in the area, and there are nice wide shoulders for running and walking. You have your own parking spot close to the condo, which is convenient. There is no beach access (no sandy beach, but view of rocks), but it's very close to some spectacular beaches. We would highly recommend this condo. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfy, the living area was great for watching movies (they provide DVDs too). It's about 2 1/2 hours from Volcanoes NP, but we did the trip in a day and didn't get back too late.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We stayed in this unit in the summer of 2010, and have stayed twice at Alii Villas now. The complex has excellent BBQ facilities, and a great pool. There is no beach on site, but you are walking distance to several, and the best snorkeling beach on the island is just a short ride up Alii Drive. This particular unit is exactly as depicted on the site, and we loved having air conditioning. The parking spot is right by a plumeria tree, so you can give those to your wife every day! All in all, I highly recommend this unit!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
