Summer Season .. Apr 15-Dec 14 .. $ 90/day (4-night minimum) .. $1904/month.
Winter Season .. Dec 15-Apr 14 .. $105/day (4-night minimum) .. $2212/month.
PLUS 12.42% Hawaii State Accommodation Tax, and $95 cleaning fee
$200 Refundable Security Deposit required for booking.
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is less than 30 days,
refund on deposit of rent will be forfeited.
No refunds if actual stay is less than the reservation period.
