This bungalow is a great place to hang your hat if you're staying over in Chattanooga. The space will clean, well designed, and very comfortable. The front porch is fantastic in that the house sits atop a tall hill, so you can relax in a chair with a drink and a good book and watch the world go by. We loved this house! It is very clean, well-maintained and overflowing with amenities. The stairs are steep, but well worth the climb! It is beautifully decorated, but very cozy and kid-friendly too. It is very convenient to plenty of restaurants and attractions. The owners are helpful and it is obvious that they care about their property and their guests. We would highly recommend it and will definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful visit to Cattanooga!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

What a gem of a property! The perfect place to enjoy a couple or girls' getaway in Chattanooga. The home is exactly as pictured in the VRBO listing, and the owner was a pleasure to work with. The home was up-to-date, clean, inviting, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a 2-night stay. It is in close walking distance of the cool Northshore shopping and eating district, and the pedestrian bridge leading to Downtown Chattanooga (the aquarium, museums, restaurants, etc) is just a quick 10-minute walk from the property. I would highly recommend this property to others. You won't be disappointed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

My three best friends (of 20 years) and I just stayed in this cute bungalow. It was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. We walked to everything! It's super convenient and within walking distance of coffee shops, shopping, good restaurants, the park, etc. The beds were very comfortable and it was really clean and well maintained. Also - the owner was incredibly nice and accommodating! We had a blast!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We had a fabulous time! This cottage is perfectly located near the walking bridge over the river and easily accessible to everything you could want to visit while in Chattanooga. My husband, son and I are in pretty good shape so the steep stairs up to the cottage were no problem but I would warn anyone with knee issues about renting this particular locale. The cottage is beautifully decorated and very modern. We loved it and will definitely think about renting it again in the future. The owners were extremely responsive to emails and judging by the ample amenities of the cottage seem to care a great deal about the visitors satisfaction. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We needed a nice place to stay for a short weekend for my niece's baby shower. Very close to shopping and a short drive to downtown Chattanooga for restaraunts. The house was very clean, had nice comfortable beds and plenty of towels and dishes for the 4 of us. When there was an issue with a clogged drain in the bathroom, I got a response right away from the owner and the problem was taken care of. I would stay here again if I come back to Chattanooga knowing the first experience went so well. We were all very pleased with the house.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We stayed for a long weekend at the Beck house and it was perfect for this family of 5 with 3 kids under 8yrs. I really appreciated the ample bedding, pillows, paper products and well stocked kitchen!! So many cozy places to sit and enjoy a relaxing vacation. Beautifully renovated with attention to detail and comfort!! Prompt security deposit. Thank you Tan and Fiona! The walk downtown was too far for out little ones, but would be perfect for older kids and adults. We were thrilled with all that Chattanooga had to offer and so excited to see such a successful historic renovation! We will definitely be back at a warmer time of year to take advantage of all the seasonal activities as well as to check out the upcoming local history museum.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Tetia has setup a beautiful vacation home. The house was fully furnished and conveniently located in the North Shore district. We walked everywhere and enjoyed not having to worry about a key! The kitchen was so inviting that we even decided to make breakfast one day. If we ever come back to Chattanooga, we know where we are staying.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

This is a beautiful house to stay in. We really enjoyed Chattanooga the only thing was I took it that the house was on the Tn River and it is not...its in a loud neighborhood I dont recommend for small children like i have but overall it was nice hot water did not work in kitchen.the owner is super nice and will answer any questions you have and the housekeeper seemed very helpful.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thanks for your review- I appreciate your input and am sorry if there was a miscommunication about location. Though normally not "loud", this house is definitely not located in the suburbs. If you like the activity of a city and prefer to walk to restaurants, shops, and parks (instead of driving), you'll love the location- its's fun, accessible, and close to everything. Over the last 6 years, many families have stayed in the bungalow and returned- mostly due to the easy access to downtown and the cleanliness of the bungalow. We were sorry you had difficulty with the kitchen faucet- as pictured, it's a high-end, commercial style. It may have been a little confusing, especially if you are not accustomed to a single handle (turn lever out for "on", and up and down for hot and cold). If you suspect something isn't right, please give us a call- we're always happy to help! Most maintenance issues can be fixed in a flash. Thanks again for staying in the bungalow, we hope your visit to Chattanooga was memorable.
