The house is exactly as shown in the photos and is very well maintained. It is perfectly located for visiting Disney and other parks, and for day trips to either coast. We had requested a BBQ, which was there upon our arrival and the pool heat was a good choice for evening swims or relaxing in the hot tub. There was a fantastic games room with the pool table, table-top hockey game and TV/game system. The backyard was quite private and quiet. The staff at Windsor Hills were friendly and professional. There was an issue with the AC while we were there and it was fixed within hours while we were out. The owner, Grant, was responsive and replied quickly during correspondence leading up to our stay and during. When returning home, we had a mid afternoon flight and asked for an extra hour or two before the 10 a.m. checkout. Unfortunately, it was not possible due to a previously scheduled house cleaning. We were advised we could go to the Clubhouse for a few hours but decided to just head to the airport, which was fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Other than the annoying State Law enforced pool alarm, it was the perfect spot!

We had a wonderful time at your home in Windsor Hills. The house was beautiful, location was perfect, and it had all the amenities we needed. The park right across the street was a big hit with our kids. The location of the house is very private in the backyard with so much green space behind the pool area. We will definitely contact you in future years to come back. Thanks for the tip about the WDW wait time app. We used that on our day at Disney. We have stayed at 5 homes all together in Windsor Hills and your home was top notch.

Just returned from 10 days at the property and thought it was really excellent. Spacious, clean, modern, great facilities (swimming pool, free high speed wifi, games room etc) and all in a secure and central location for all the attractions. A real home from home after the many tiring park days. Exactly as advertised and superb service from the owner, before, during and after the stay. Can't fault it at all. We drove down to Fort Myers for 4 nights after our stay and whilst this was great too, the accommodation there bought us back down to earth a little after feeling spoilt in the previous part of our holiday. Thank you from all our family.

We recently stayed at this wonderful home, it was simply perfect for a party of six adults and two children. The house and pool was very clean and well maintained. It had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. Disney and shopping was was so close that we were able to slip home for meals and a swim. We couldn't have ask for anything more. Grant was great to work with and was happy to answer all of our questions. I plan on recommending this home to all our family and friends. My family recently stayed at this lovely home. It was our second vacation at Windsor Hills and first in this particular home. We all had a great time. The home is lovely, decorated very nice, and easily accessible to all the parks in Disney World. The home's amenities are wonderful and its equipped with everything a family could want. We loved having the pool to relax in at the end of a long day in the parks and the furnishings were very comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here again, and highly recommend it to anyone, whether just adults or families with young children. Lastly, the owner was great to work with.

We could not have been more pleased with this house! Everything was exactly as described and pictured. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and heated. The house had more than enough room for 5 adults and one child to have plenty of privacy and space to relax (important after long days at the parks.) I cannot imagine staying in a hotel after this experience. We had a minor issue with a slow drain in one bathroom and the management company was out the next morning to fix the problem. We enjoyed it so much we are planning on booking a longer stay next year!

Great location + amenities

Pros: House was in a great location - close to parks as well as grocery stores. Well maintained development - love that it was gated - felt very safe! House was great size - love that bedrooms were spread out and all had their own bathrooms. Everything you needed was already at house which was nice! House was nicely decorated and had lots of upgrades. Cons: House was overall clean but could have been cleaner in some not as obvious places (ie dust on surfaces) The beds and pillows could be replaced - not Comfortable :(

We strive to offer 100 percent satisfaction and were surprised to hear about the minor issues however we want all our guests to enjoy the house and your comments help make it better. Please note we have ordered a new mattress and a deep spring cleaning that includes steam cleaning all tile grout, carpets, touch up wall paint and any other repairs. We have also just replaced the 3 king comforter sets and installed a new pool cover. We hope to have you back in the future.

This house is exactly as described in the ad, clean, modern and spacious. We really enjoyed having our own private screened in pool and hot-tub, it was actually difficult to get the kids out of the pool most of the time!! We also loved the fact that the house is so close to all the Disney attractions and that it is in a secure gated community. Picture perfect house- never staying in a hotel again!

Mickey's Magic is just as described in the pictures/info if not even nicer! With a family of 6, it's hard to relax on vacation but this is the place to spread out and chill. We had so much room for the kids to play and everybody had their own TV! Adults can enjoy the hot tub after kids go to bed. Can't do that in a hotel. We loved the game room, pool and hot tub. Pool was always clean and bigger than we thought with lots of grass space around it. Pool alarm on door was great to keep our toddler safe. Resort pool is better for toddlers (beach entry depth). This house was so nice, we only went to Disney 3 days out of 9. The house has everything you'll need. (Just pop into Dollar Tree to pick up some trash bags, soap, shampoo, and snacks and you're set!) Bathrooms are simple with showers in all and bath tubs in two (yes, even hair dryers). All linens and towels are provided. Grant was wonderful in the booking process, quick to respond, and answer questions which I had a lot of being new to vacation home renting. He will give you more info after you book your date so you know the home's address and check in process. Payment process and community/house are very secure. Check in is simple with the code system of entering the home. No need for keys/pick up. : ) This is a beautiful gated community and fantastic location! Less than 5 min to Disney gates ($15/day to park). About an hour to Kennedy Space Center which was great for our older kids (9+). Close to Super Walmart for food and lots of Disney souvenirs. Plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops all around. We'll definitely be back!

Thank you for the rental property. It really was more than we expected. My sons and their wives were pleased that they had all the privacy they needed. The grandchildren were very happy with the Disney theme room. We did not realize that there was a Christmas tree there in the game room until we started nosing around. It was a special treat to come “home” to a bed after trips to the WDW Parks. Thank you very much! I would reccommend this to anyone wanting a good clean rental home plus the security of a gated community. The WDW parks are only a few miles away just as advertised. Just a word of advice: Please list the GPS coordinates on the rental document. The GPS mail address takes you to a gate you cannot go through.

This was a wonderful house to stay in. Everything was as the pictures show and it was a very clean and neat home. We stayed for 5 days before Christmas and had a wonderful stay. Would rent this again for sure. The location is perfect. The kids (we have three small kids) loved that there was a small playground just outside the door. The pool is very nice and also the hottub. The garden outside is nice so the kids can play just outside of the patio. Very nice space on the grass there. The kids loved the playroom. I have stayed at this villa for the past 4 yrs, I would like to mention I am very particular when booking I am a person who likes everything 5* and it is always more than up to my satisfaction, the welcome of the home makes you feel as though you own part of it its welcoming and we feel like we are home when we arrive, its beautiful. 2 things that draw us to this property it is the closest gated safest villas to disney.. also the pool is very private you are not next door to anyone and no one over looks you.just how we like it. The owner Grant is very plessing and helpful our little one wasnt very well before we left he was very understanding and I thank him, It was the start of christmas when we arrived for my sons birthday and I hold my glass high with praise and say thank you and merry christmas..

We would return to Mickey's Magic in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends. Our stay from 11/18/11-11/25/11 was perfect. We found the house to be exactly as described, well furnished, and in immaculate condition. It was perfect for our party of seven. We loved the easy proximity to the Disney parks and having all the perks of a house. It was a cost-effective means to a week long Disney vacation. Grant was great to work with during the booking process and I appreciated his reaching out via email after our arrival to ensure everything was okay. We all loved the pool and hot tub as well as the game room. Playground was directly across the street on a quiet road and stores were a nearby drive. A definite thumbs up--we'll be back!

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks 8/10/11--29/10/11. There were 6 of us in the beginning and we were joined by our son and his partner half way through. The villa was very spacious, certainly more than enough room, so we were not on top of each other. It was very clean and very well maintained, as were the surrounding areas. The pool was a big hit with the children,and the jacuzzi was brilliant after a long day in the parks. The pool was cleaned every week. A problem with the netting around the pool area ( a small area became unfastened after a particularly windy night ) was dealt with immediately by the company looking after the house, what lovely people they were. E-mails with Grant were answered immediately, it was a very easy booking process. The property was 10 mins.drive from the disney parks and approx 20 mins. from sea world, aquatica and universal studios.I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in orlando.The description of the property on the internet does not do it justice, it was truly lovely. Just to add, the resort of Windsor Hills was kept immaculate and was perfect for a family holiday. Thank you Grant for letting us stay in your lovely home and we would love to return one day.

A Home Away From Home

Thank you for sharing your Disney house with us--We had an amazing time! We arrived finding the house very clean with everything in working condition. We were in awe when we first walked in. We couldn't believe how beautifully decorated the house was. The pictures provided were right-on! Your house provided us with more than we could've asked for. The bed were very comfortable, the game room was great for the kids and the pool was perfect. We especially loved having a TV in each bedroom. The house's location was perfectly located on a cul-de-sac with no traffic whizzing by as if it were a main street. There is a nice little playground directly across the street which we enjoyed as well. Grant, the owner, was wonderful to deal with before & after our stay. He was quick to respond to emails. We never had a problem during our stay, but if we had, I'm sure he would've been right on top of it offering a quick resolution. After our stay, we was gracious enough to follow up on how our stay was. I made a small suggestion to add stools to the breakfast bar & he made it a point to order them immediately so that the next guests would be able to enjoy them. Windsor Hills Resort is beautiful. We took our children to the clubhouse pool one day & they absolutely loved the waterslide. They rode it for 2 hours straight. I also couldn't believe how close Windsor Hills is to the Disney parks. I highly recommend staying at Grant's "Mickey's Magic". I know I'll be staying here again!

Mickey's Magic was Magical in Every Way!!!

As mentioned in another review, the pictures do not do this home justice. As soon as we walked in the door, the house was immaculate - very clean! The amenities are top of the line with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, remote control fans in almost every room, flat screen TV's in every room, comfy patio furniture (not the white plastic tube loungers) and comfortable beds. We also thoroughly enjoyed being able to listen to music piped in through the outdoor speakers from the satellite radio. This was one of the best vacations we have had as everyone was able to relax while not in the parks in this beautiful home. This kids loved playing the hockey and billiards in the game room while watching what they wanted on yet another big flat screen (all in air conditioning). My kids are not young (12 & 15), but I did notice that you even provide a bed rail, child's toilet seat and other things for smaller children. Grant - thank you so much for opening up your lovely home ... we will definately be back the next time we come to Orlando!. p.s. One tip to folks going to Universal, if you have the extra money, I would suggest purchasing the Fast Xpress Pass. We splurged and it was worth every cent (or more like dollars)! I think the longest we waited on any line was 10-15 minutes and we went on a July 4th (US Holiday). On a very hot day in the summer, it was worth it and makes the experience that much more enjoyable.

We stayed at Mickey's Magic 2/12/11-2/19/11 and loved it. The house was beautifully decorated and so close to all the Disney parks. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool area was super nice. My only complaint about that was the pool/spa heat was broken when we checked in and wasn't fixed until Tuesday (4 days later). The management company did respond right away however didn't figure out the problem until Tuesday. Once it was working we really enjoyed swimming and relaxing in the spa. The good thing was we were able to use the community pool and spa which was very nice. The kids loved the water slide. Over all we had a good experience and would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful home from start to finish. Grant was wonderful to work with and the booking process was seamless. The spacious home was the perfect blend of "high-tech" (loved the computer, flat screen tvs, and sound system especially), comfortable, and well-maintained. We loved the location on the quiet cul-de-sac and across from the smaller playground. Our five year old son loved the pool and couldn't wait to get back from the parks each day to swim while his 1 year old twin brother and sister napped. I could go on and on...highly recommend this to any family considering a vacation near Disney. It's our 4th time at Windsor Hills and we plan to return many more times. It actually allows you to spread out and feel like you are on vacation instead of cramming into a tiny, overpriced hotel room. Very short and easy drive to all Disney parks. Local property management company was very quick and responsive when we needed a couple of small things (lightbulbs, etc.).

We rented this house during Christmas 2010 with family and it was great. Really close to Disney and in a very safe gated community. The house was clean and Grant was great to deal with. This is definitely the way to visit Disney with kids. The house and pool are awesome and we were just minutes from the parks. We could come back to the house in the afternoon and relax and then go back to the parks at night. Game room was great! And hot tub was relaxing at night. Will definitely be back next time we visit Disney.

My family, which included 8 of us, just spent Thanksgiving week at Mickey's Magic. This was our first trip to Orlando and the house really helped to make it wonderful. The house was furnished with anything and everything we could have needed and the location was ideal. Because of the pool, the kids liked the house as much as Disney!! Thanks so much for another fantastic stay (our 3rd!) at Mickey's Magic. As always, the house was a comfortable respite from the theme parks, which we needed with our 4 year old son. Our son had a blast having our own swimming pool at the house, and the adults enjoyed a drink in the hot tub in the evenings. Before we had our son, we always stayed at one of the Disney resorts. Mickey's Magic is a fantastic alternative now that we have a young child - so convenient to the parks (depending on which park, generally a 5 to no more than 10 minute drive) - yet so much better than a hotel room with a young child who still naps and goes to bed early. We were able to easily drive in and out of the parks two (sometimes three!) times a day since the house is so close to Disney. Grant, as always, thanks for your attention to detail and such a wonderful home. We get a happy feeling every year when we pull into the driveway of Mickey's Magic - we know that we are in for a magical time.

Nice home close to parks

The house was nicely decorated and clean, we just wish that we had been informed that nothing is provided as far as extra toilet paper, paper towels, salt and paper, garbage bags, dish soap, etc. otherwise, we would have picked that up on our shopping trip the first time we went out. A little surprised that some of those things were not included in the price. The kids loved the pool and patio area as well as the fun game room. The pool alarm was really quite annoying and wished there was a way that it could be unarmed for families who are not traveling with small children. Did have a problem with the pool and sauna not heating but the maintance company was efficient and worked as quick as the could to get it fixed. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and Grant was very easy to work with.

Fantastic House

We brought both sets of grandparents and our kids to Disney and stayed at Mickey's Magic. Everyone agreed that it was the perfect house. Very spacious, fully stocked with everything we needed, and lots of fun extras, like the pool table. We all loved the pool! When we visit Disney again, we'd definitely plan to stay here again.

The house was better than I expected. The pictures don't descript how beautiful the house truly is. The management company and the Owner were very accommodating, pleasant and helpful. This was my first time to Orlando and it will not be my last nore will it be the last time I rent this villa. The pool and spa were great. After a long day, swimming and sitting in the spa with a nice cool one was heaven. The kids enjoyed the game room especially since one day we were rained in. I enjoyed everything about the villa. Location was great, near everything. The supermarkets, restaurants and discount stores were all nearby. I have already told friends and family this is the way to travel. I think I'm spoiled now and will be looking for villas in other cities that I visit. Thanks Grant and VROB Management company. Oh, Disney wasn't bad either ha ha.

Our party of 3 adults and 4 children (ages 8 - 16) had a wonderful stay at your home. We spent our days at Universal and our evenings at the house. It was so nice after a long day in the park for the adults to soak in the jacuzzi while the kids played pool and other games in the rec room. The house was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Each bedroom with it's own bathroom was appreciated by all. The only negative I can think of was the alarm on the sliding doors going to the pool. Everyone in our group set it off at least once. I realize this may be necessary from a safety standpoint, but perhaps the delay from the time of opening the door until the alarm goes off could be extended, or bypassed altogether if there is no danger of small children being hurt.

We stayed in December 2009 and had a great time in this house. The location can't be beat, the house is beautiful and well maintained, and Grant was great to work with. We really enjoyed the pool, and the game room was a nice "adult cave" in the evenings.Please be aware that nothing is left behind from previous guests, which is a positive and a negative -- it's spotlessly clean, but you will need to literally bring everything you need, down to salt and pepper (not even spices are left behind, which isn't the case with most rentals we've done). Something to be aware of when packing. But that -- and the fact that some beds were rather soft -- were our only nits.Overall, we'd definitely consider staying again.

What a great place to stay. We loved the area. It was very convenient and lots to do. The house was very good for our needs. Lots of room for everyone to be together or take time alone. The pool and spa were great, the kids were in 3 times a day everyday. I aslo really like how the process was setup to rent and get to the place. It was our first time renting a house in Florida and it was so easy. If only the weather had been that cooperative!!

If you're like me, you always wonder if the pictures and description accurately matches the property. I can say with certainty that this property does. I love to cook and this kitchen allowed me to do just that. It didn't have an abundance of kitchen tools but just about everything we could need (ie...missing a pizza cutter but we made due with a knife). The only other complaint I have is the lack of a grill. However, we quickly remedied this by purchasing a $15 grill from Target along with a bag of charcoal and we were in business. The pool was warm, clean, comfortable and had a lot of sun exposure. In fact, I think the kids enjoyed the pool more than some of the excursions. I enjoyed it because I could read my book in the sun while keeping an eye on them. There were some water toys at the house and we also purchased a few more. The kids couldn't have been happier. The hot tub was also on a timer so you could help control the temperature which was a nice feature. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable and we spent much of our time out there. One of the best features was the outdoor speakers and XM radio. Location was ideal. About 5-10 minutes from SuperTarget, Disney, etc. Please note that you'll need to purchase supplies for the house. No food will be there (not even salt and pepper). We also had to purchase more toilet paper, paper towels, hand soup, dish soap, etc. You may not need to depending on how much time you spend at the house and how many people are with your group. We had 2 families or four (8 total). We were prepared for this and brought coffee in a ziploc bag, extra garbage bags, dry laundry detergent in a ziploc bag, etc. (anything that wasn't too bulky). Overall, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Our kids ranged from 2-12 and there was something there to entertain everyone. Although, the door chime leading to the pool was annoying, I never had to worry about one of the kids wandering to the pool. In fact, I felt so much at home I could have stayed another week. For me, that's saying a lot. I would highly recommend this house for anyone who would prefer to rent a house versus a hotel option. With the age of our children, we would have been stuck in the hotel room during bed time. Instead, we put the kids to sleep and enjoyed a glass of wine outside. I don't think I would have felt that I had a vacation it we would have opted for a hotel. If we ever go back to FL again, we'll stay here.

We had a wonderful time in Orlando and staying at the house was an important factor. The house is very well located, very close to Disney complex,well equiped and extremely comfortable. There were 6 adults in our party, the game room was also appreciated. Would stay there again, for sure.

After long days with 5 children in very close proximity in the parks, it was wonderful to spread out and relax. The kids had pool tournaments every morning and relaxed in the pool every night. We really enjoyed our Holiday stay at Mickey's Magic. The house has everything needed to make it a home away from home. The homeowner is very professional and the property is in excellent condition. Location is nearby Magic Kingdom (less than 10min drive). We definitely will stay here again next time we come back to Disney World.

Grant, Thanks so much for the use of your wonderful home. It is so convenient to Disney, which is nice with a 3 year old to be able to easily drive back and forth for naps, etc. You have thought of every convenience - we loved the game room and the pool and hot tub. Our 3 year old decided the pack and play was to "babyish" for him, so he slept in a "big boy bed" for the first time. Which was made possible because you had the foresight to keep bed rails in the closet. We also loved having the playground directly across the street for down time from the parks. You have spoiled us - we will never be able to stay anywhere else at Disney again!! Thanks so much - Kate and Chad

This is the fifth vacation villa I have rented in the Disney area and must say it is the cleanest and best maintained. It has everything you could possibly need and more.
