Located just minutes from attractions in Atlantic City this beautiful house was newly completed in June '07. With only two short blocks to the beach and a block to the bay, it's in a prime location...also within walking distance for shopping in town.
The house has three levels which is ideal for two families. The oak-paneled full service elevator is ideal for move in and move out convenience. The first level has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The second level has a full gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances which leads to the Great Room and a relaxing covered balcony to watch the sunset.
The third level has a spectacular Master suite with king size bed, full bath, jacuzzi, huge walk-in closet and balcony to watch the sunsets; down the hall is a junior master suite with full bath.
The kids will enjoy the Shark Park from the swings to the ball fields. (Just a short bike ride away) The home also has beach chairs, umbrella, bikes and 6 beach badges for your use. This luxury home has great features of stereo/intercom system, WiFi, outdoor shower, garage and additional street parking.

We just stayed in this house this weekend and were blown away... The house is absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, we loved the shower in the master suite. The elevator is a big plus for moving heavy luggage to the upper floors. Great location just a few minutes from Borgata and Harrahs Casino. The kitchen is perfect for cooking. Andre's Italian restaurant around the corner is very good as well as Laguna Grill for breakfast right on the beach. I highly recommend this home and we can't wait to return! The owner was a pleasure to deal with which makes the whole experience that much better. A+++++

The house was everything and more than was mentioned on VRBO. Eight of us had loads of space to spend a wonderful week catching up. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, lots of seating and table space for eating. We have been renting houses for 11 years for our annual get together, and agree that Georgia Place is at the top of our list. If you like an outdoor shower.....this was the best. The owner was extremely helpful, and very attentive to our concerns. If you like the beach.....it was great. Night life in Atlantic City is a short ride away. We loved our stay, and highly recommend this house.

We can not begin to express how happy we were with the home and the owners. We have been going to Brigantine for 5 years now, and this house easily became our favorite. The house was perfect, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The owners were quick to respond, kind and very helpful. We loved the location and the stretch of beach that is within walking distance, even for our 4 and 5 year olds. The little Church that is just a block or so away was welcoming and the 6:00 Sunday service allowed us to spend the day at the beach without missing Church. Our only complaint was that we had to go home.

I rented this house for a weekend with my wife and friends for her birthday. The place is perfect! Its beautiful, clean and has everything you will need. I highly recommend this property just don't mess it up bc I will be renting it again!

My family spent a weekend at this gorgeous home for my daughter's 21st birthday and we had an excellent time! The house had more than ample space for the 7 of us and the elevator was a great benefit for my older parents. The home was modern, clean and even better than described on the website. The owners took all of the guess work out of our stay by providing a very detailed welcome letter prior to our arrival. They were very responsive to all of my emails prior to the rental date (I think all of my questions were answered the very same day.), and because all of the information was provided, we had no questions when we arrived. I received my deposit back within 3 days after we left. The house is in a quiet, residential area, within walking distance to the water and we had plenty of parking for four cars. It's a 5 minute drive to the Borgata and maybe 7 minutes to downtown AC. My only regret is that we didn't spend an entire week here. Everyone raved about the place and we all agreed that we'd stay again when we come back to area. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone staying in the Brigantine/Atlantic City area. Thanks for a memorable (and stress free) vacation!

GREAT HOUSE! We have been renting shore vacation houses for over 30 years at the NJ shore. This Brigantine house ranks at the very top. It has every conceivable amenity (central vacuum, elevator, intercom, internet, huge, wrap-around leather sofa in living room) and more - we would have little hesitation in transporting this house to our hometown and making it our permanent home. The kitchen is gorgeous, the bedrooms all well appointed, the decor more than pleasing, and the owners have thought of all the little details that impress in a beach house (wagon to haul beachy stuff to the beach, beach umbrellas and chairs, etc., an outdoor shower with indoor showerhead and controls). It rained off and on for our 1st several days here and we hardly minded being a bit housebound. The location is good as it is always nicer to be in a residential neighborhood at the shore (landscaped lawns, quiet streets, etc.) than jumbled up in a block of condos, etc. It's a quick 5-minute walk to the beach. Of course, Brigantine is one of the best (and best kept secret) vacation destinations on the NJ shore. On a scale of 1 to 10 we'll give this house an 11.
