Great price, great location a and very comfortable and clean get-away. We have just decided to stay open for the autumn. It's been a great summer, come and stay with us for the up-incoming fall leaves!
Our guesthouse really is that cute, affordable and easy to get to vacation you've been looking for. We are located near numerous beaches such as Popham Beach, Morse Mountain, Tottman Cove, Head Beach, Reid State Park and a short walk brings you to the Kennebeck River. Additionally, we are only 5 minutes from Bath ME, 40 minutes from Portland and 3 hrs from Boston. Local activites also include hiking, boating, biking, visiting museaums like the Marine Maritime Museum, antiquing and just enjoying the most beautiful part of Maine.
There is lots of room for kids and dogs to run with 1.5 acres of fenced in land abuting 70 acres of forest. We're always glad to share information on local hot spots. Truely, this is a great location to explore Maine at an unbeatable price and friendly atmoshphere.
Description of Guesthouse
There is a private entrance at the front of the house. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a king, twin bed and fold away crib and the adjoining walkway has a toddler bed. In the downstairs there is a kitchen/living area with a full bath, full size futon and storage closet.
Additionally, there is a new outdoor kitchen and stone patio adjoining the children's play area which has a toddler size swing, slide, sandbox and pool.

Year Purchased: 2007
Owners: Scott and Jennifer Swift along with our kido's Sofie and Alden. We moved to Phippsburg from Alaska to reconnect with family (Scott grew up in Maine)and for Jennifer to attend graduate school. We chose the area for it's beauty and great access to outdoor activities and easy commute to Portland. We love staying active with our kido's and dogs so bring along your family and we'll share our knowledge of places to discover in Mid-Coast Maine.
Why the Owner Chose Phippsburg
We were both involved in the tourist industry as guides and love to entertain. When we were looking to move and came across this great location with an attached guesthouse it seemed to only make sense to share this spot with others and make a little extra money.
