This elegant villa located on 2.5 beachfront acres in Terres Basses offers a magnificent, free-form pool just steps from the Simpson Bay Lagoon. The estate’s grounds, including the terrace and pool area, are beautifully landscaped with lush palms and native plants. Guests can enjoy the private, sugar-sand beach that runs along the property, as well as a deep-water dock that’s ready to welcome sailboat's and jet skis. The sensational beach of Baie Rouge Beach is only a short walk away.

The grand living room and each of the bedrooms open onto expansive covered terraces, distinguished by arched colonnades and the beautiful view beyond.

BEDROOMS: Four of the bedrooms feature king beds; the other two are both furnished with twin beds. All six bedrooms include air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, TV, DVD player, window screens and a private bath with shower.

KITCHEN: The large, modern kitchen affords a view of the pool and lagoon. Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. There is also a gas BBQ.

LIVING / DINING: A sophisticated blend of modern, colonial and tropical style furnishings characterize the décor in the expansive living and dining room. Both open onto the covered terrace and pool with the lagoon as a backdrop. There is large screen satellite TV, a VCR and both DVD and stereo CD players. An outdoor dining area is located in the gazebo adjacent to the pool.

MISCELLANEOUS: Electric gate, washer/dryer, personal safes, fitness room, Internet connection, chef service available at additional charge
