Owner Description
We built several of the houses in Summer's Edge and decided to keep Nantucket because it is in the best location there. Our family (2 married daughters in Birmingham, 1 son in NYC and 2 adorable grandchildren) loves this neighborhood and this home and so do many others who are repeat renters in Nantucket, named because it has a New England coastal cottage look. We love to sit on the deck and watch our family on the beach and being next to the Beachwalk is the absolute best!

We just returned from a wonderful vacation at Seagrove while staying at Nantucket. I hesitate saying how great this home is for fear we won't be able to rent it again if others know about it !!! It is beautifully decorated and has all of the things you would need to eat in a night or two. The location is perfect as we had grandparents and children with us...We were able to come and go to the beach as we pleased as the walkway is right beside the house and you can see the beach from the porches which allowed us to see our kids when we came up for lunch....We all loved staying here !!! We will definitely be back !!!
Recommended for:Families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We loved the house! Perfect location and a great house for a family vacation. Beach and pools are both extremely short walks. I would highly recommend this house and we will definitely be back!

This is a fabulous house and we had a great time staying in it. We LOVED the way it was decorated and that it was right by the beachwalk. The view from the deck was wonderful and we sat out there a lot. We had two families and several teens and it was just the perfect house for us. Hope to come back soon!
