Minutes to world-famous Magens Bay and Mahogany Run Golf Course. Centrally located between Charlotte Amalie and Havensight for shopping and sightseeing and Red Hook and the East End for ferry to St. John.
The Villa has been architecturally designed to bring the outdoor living indoors. The home is “U” shaped with a pool in the middle. Each time you leave a room, you are outside under a covered walkway.
Two of the large bedroom suites have sliding glass doors that lead directly on to the pool deck. The 15 X 36 “great room” (living, dining and kitchen) has two 8-foot pocket sliders that tuck into the wall for a total open feeling. The newly remodeled kitchen has Corian countertops, raised paneled wood doors and top of the line GE Profile S.S. appliances. The living and dining rooms have new furniture and accessories as well.
A large portion of the deck adjoining the great room is covered for shade and dining, with a custom built in SWANEE gas grille for cooking your favorite meal. Comfortable furniture makes lounging a joy. The balance of the deck is open for sun and swimming in the oversized pool. Turn on the pool light in the evening, dim the house lights, turn on the surround sound speakers and enjoy your special evening.
The house is loaded with special features such as dimmers on every light, speakers inside and out, DISH satellite TVs with Sirius music and movie channels, ceiling fans, DSL wireless connection and much more. Every detail has received special attention.

Year Purchased: 1986
My husband, Ken, and I are now retired. We relocated from Massachusetts almost 25 years ago. Ken is a woodworker and meticulously built our lovely home, while I have been in charge of the furnishings and interior. It has ended up being a winning combination.
Why the Owner Chose Magens Bay
This Villa was personally built approximately 20 years ago by the Owners, Ken & Joanne Bower. We moved to the lovely Virgin Islands after vacationing for several years and realizing that this is exactly where we wanted to live and spend all of our time. The Villa was architectually designed by a personal friend to our specifications and brings the outdoor living inside. We are very pleased with the design and are sure that you will be as well! The Villa has a great, over sized pool, directly next to the large covered deck. The home provides lots of outdoor living which is exactly what you want in the great weather which the Caribbean provides. The evenings are especially beautiful with the lights of the valley twinkling in the distance.
