The Villa has been architecturally designed to bring the outdoor living indoors. The home is “U” shaped with a pool in the middle. Each time you leave a room, you are outside under a covered walkway.
Two of the large bedroom suites have sliding glass doors that lead directly on to the pool deck. The 15 X 36 “great room” (living, dining and kitchen) has two 8-foot pocket sliders that tuck into the wall for a total open feeling. The newly remodeled kitchen has Corian countertops, raised paneled wood doors and top of the line GE Profile S.S. appliances. The living and dining rooms have new furniture and accessories as well.
A large portion of the deck adjoining the great room is covered for shade and dining, with a custom built in SWANEE gas grille for cooking your favorite meal. Comfortable furniture makes lounging a joy. The balance of the deck is open for sun and swimming in the oversized pool. Turn on the pool light in the evening, dim the house lights, turn on the surround sound speakers and enjoy your special evening.
The house is loaded with special features such as dimmers on every light, speakers inside and out, DISH satellite TVs with Sirius music and movie channels, ceiling fans, DSL wireless connection and much more. Every detail has received special attention.
