BEAUTIFUL 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath half duplex right smack on the ocean. The entire unit was painted inside and out as of May 2007. Brand new carpeting downstairs as of June 2008. New kitchen appliances, new kitchen countertops, new comforters on all the beds and we even put new ceiling fans in all the rooms (as of may 2007). You will absolutely LOVE this house. There is a full size couch and a love seat so that you have enough seating for everyone.
It has a huge deck with built in seating on the first floor and it's own private shower that has hot and cold water. There are two master bedrooms upstairs both with queen size beds and their own private bathrooms. One of them is oceanfront with it's own private balcony. There are two bedrooms downstairs one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 full size beds. These two bedrooms share a "Buddy bathroom". The 1/2 bathroom is located in the downstairs hallway. We also have a brand new twin size cot that someone can sleep on if need be.
The family room is awesome!! It has a beautiful two story cathedral ceiling with huge windows and patio doors that we had special ordered so that you get the best views of the ocean. We see the dolphin swimming and playing a few times a day right in front of us.
You get what you pay for when you stay oceanfront. No need to leave early to look for public access and you don't have to worry about finding a place to park. No more dragging all your beach gear all over the place you just walk down a few stairs and put everything on the beach for the day. Who hasn't had to use the restroom but you don't want to pack everything up, walk or drive all the way home just to go. You won't have to you just have to go up a few steps and your at the house.
We are pet friendly with a $150 non-refundable pet fee (up to two dogs). Absolutely no smoking. This price includes maid service before and after your stay. It does not include linens. If you do not want to bring your own linens you can rent them from a company on the island.
Emerald Isle is one of the best islands around if your looking for a relaxing time at the beach without all the headaches of to much traffic to deal with. A great family vacation!!!!
This house has everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen to a washer and dryer. We rent this from Saturday to Saturday. Off season (if not rented) we will consider weekends. You can pay by credit card by paying thru paypal but there is a 3% fee for this.
