This lovely Cape Home has four LARGE bedrooms, two with queen sized beds on the first floor and a full size bathroom ( tub shower, toilet, sink) as well as two oversized bedrooms on the second floor with 2 full size beds in one and 2 twin beds in the other and a full tub bathroom between.
The kitchen is applianced with a full size refrigerator, a glass cooktop stove, and a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, as well as all dishware, pots pans, utensils. The living room is outfitted with a comfortable sofa,& stuffed chairs, a TV , VCR, DVD, Cable. The eating area, with a large oval white table and 8 oak chairs to facilitate family dining. The basement has a new washer and dryer facility for ease and convenience with a family or after the beach, even to pack clean clothes to go home. The rear yard is fenced for children to enjoy a safe environment. This property is central to the beaches, shopping, and the casino, child friendly and family comfortable. We are a family of six and this home accomodated us easily. The fenced back yard was convenient to keep an eye on the kids, and a really nice playground just up the street was sooooo convenient. We planned our visit again this year because it was such a great location central to Watch Hill, Misquamicut and Westerly shopping. Great spot. Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you soon.
