There’s so much to enjoy at this quaint stone farm house surrounded by Kentucky’s horse country! The two bedroom, two bath will accommodate up to six guests with a spacious master bedroom (equipped with a sleeper sofa) and tranquil guest bedroom upstairs. A large kitchen and open living space makes this inviting home the perfect gathering spot for sharing laughs with family or friends. The fully outfitted kitchen includes a small TV, which makes cooking meals an entertaining affair. You can enjoy a little friendly competition by playing darts in the spacious sitting area. Outside, the large lawn offers a place for the children to play while you watch from the front porch swing. Guests will enjoy the property’s signature cave found just behind the farmhouse at the base of a small hill. Grab a flashlight from the house and be sure to explore this unique property feature.
There’s plenty of beautiful scenery and activities to experience within driving distance of the farm house. The Razor Cave farm house is just minutes north of downtown Lexington, home of the University of Kentucky and the infamous Rupp Arena where Wildcat fanatics convene to watch NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball games and occasional tournaments. The Kentucky Horse Park is less than 5 miles west of the farm and will host the World Equestrian Games in 2010 (the first time the event has been held outside of Europe)! At the end of the day, unwind and take pleasure in watching the sun set over the neighboring pastures from the hammock in the front lawn. Then, relax in the large jetted tub upstairs before a good night’s rest. You won’t want to leave this little piece of the Bluegrass Country!
