  I have stayed five different times in this condo, Coronado 304. It has been in the fall, winter, spring and summer, all were wonderful. The Sea of Cortez is like a giant bath tub in the summer and the days still warm in February. The owner is extremely helpful and the condo is well maintained and clean. Photos do not do it justice, it really does have comfortable Pottery Barn furniture and accessories. I would recommend this condo to anyone who values ocean front and easy access to the beach. It is also handicapped accessible. My husband is confined to a wheelchair and we did not have any difficulties staying here. Sometimes handicapped accessible is used in loosely used in describing things. This is not. Watching the sunset on Coronado 304s deck is the perfect way to end a fun filled day on the beach. I have never had any kind of issue to deal with when staying at this condo and that is why I have chosen it five times and planning my sixth visit back as I write this review. Sandi R.

  Hi Patty, We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your condo. It was absolutely perfect and even better than the pictures. It was a pleasure to have all the extra comforts of home with the fully stocked kitchen. We drove through Mexico on the new toll road to get there and it was an easy, safe and quick drive.We cannot wait to come back!

  Dear Patti, We would like to thank you for letting us use your condo. We had a wonderful vacation and the two weeks we were there wasn't long enough for us. Your condo was so well appointed and comfortable that we felt like we were coming home everyday. We enjoyed the convenience of every amenity a home could offer in addition to the daily housekeeping service. That was truly a treat. We can't wait to come back next summer and hopefully we can stay longer. Also, thank you for you recommendations for places to eat.   Where do I even begin? First of all, anyone who is reluctant on going to Rocky Point because you've heard the security issues down there, I seen NOTHING when going through town, not even one person holding a machine gun....just stories! The ammenties were great! The beaches were absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Daily maid service to boot was very nice. The pool bar was great too...but lacked a little bit on service. There were 4 people working on the bar and it took more than a few minutes to get a drink. The food at the pool bar was great too. We had the shrimp tacos....wow...to die for! The beaches and pools were not crowded at all which made it very nice. I proposed to my girlfriend on the beach (TMI) BUT it was perfect because the beaches were clean, warm water and great weather. I'm definetly coming back soon!

  Patti, thank you so much for letting us rent your beautiful condo! We had a very relaxing vacation (Dec. 17th-24th 2010). The third floor location was great, very close to pools and beach and what a great view! This was our second stay at Las Palomas and while our first stay was nice too, your condo was much better equiped with everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. Every employee we met at L.P. was gracious and friendly. They all work very hard to keep the grounds immaculate. We ate at Citron for dinner and it was delicous. Can't say enough good things about Las Palomas, we will definately be back. Thanks again, The Bakers

  My family and I stayed 2 short nights at this condo 11/11/10 thru 11/13/10. Our stay was amazing, we found this condo to be well beyond our expectations. From the moment we opened the front door we knew our stay was going to be amazing!! The photos truly do not do justice to this beautiful condo, 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 georgeous bathrooms, the kitchen, dining and living room are all incredible. The ocean view from inside the condo was equal to the beauty sitting on the balcony. The pool area was our 5 year old granddaughters favorite part of the vacation as was picking up shells on the beautiful beach which was clean and well groomed. We ventured to Phase I to look over the pools etc but preferred Phase II in every way. We have traveled to numerous Mexico destinations including Cancun, Cozumel, Playa Del Carmen, Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta and Mexico City however Rocky Point is our new favorite among all destinations and Coronado 304 is our favorite place to enjoy our stay. Patti you were very helpful assisting me in the reservation process and answered my questions very quickly, I appreciate all you did to ensure my family had an incredible stay!!

  We have stayed at Los Palomas four times now, always in Phase Two; by far this has been our favorite condo. Two start with, Patti was great to deal with. When we arrived and checked out the condo we found condo instructions and notes which were very nice and handy to have. The condo is very well decorated, well put together, has comfortable beds and bedding, the kitchen is well stock with utensils and they have some cleaning supplies stocked in the condo, which may not seam to be a big deal but t is very nice to have dish soap, cleaner, etc (our last few condos had none of these and we had to go out and buy these). Not to mention, the condo is located on the third floor directly above the swim-up bar pool. It has great views of the pool and the ocean. The deck is also nicely furnished. Our overall experience in this condo was exceptional. Thank you to the Brown's for the use of your condo!

  Las Palomas is definately the best place to stay in Puerto Penasco. The pool and beach are the best in the area. The condos are outstanding. We have stayed in other condos in the same development, and we like this one best. The third floor is perfect, as you're close enough to the water and pools to enjoy them, but not too close that the noise is a factor. The owner has added many small touches to make it easier on the renter. Owner supplies a well stocked kitchen, including paper goods and soaps. The patio is well furnished with tables and chairs for enjoying the outdoors. The beds are very comfortable. We would highly recommend this unit for your next vacation to Rocky Point.

  We just spent our last weekend at Coronado #304. It is beautifully decorated, clean and in an awesome location! Patti's customer service is also awesome. She made sure to take care of us. She answered all questions promptly. It is on the 3rd floor so we used the stairs several times instead of waiting for the elevator. The room had beautiful view of both the ocean and pool. The trash chute and elevators were close to the room and the grills were right downstairs. We would definitely stay there again the next time we go to Rocky Pointe! My kids ages 4 and 2 had a blast at Las Palomas.

  The condo was GREAT! We have stayed there twice in the past two years and will be back. The decor is 'perfect', and the balcony overlooking the pools and sea yields a breathtaking view. This is the best bargain in all of Rocky Point.
