The moment you open the door and see the brilliant blue Sea of Cortez you will congratulate yourself for choosing 304 Coronado. The kitchen, dining area, great room and master bedroom all have direct ocean views. It is located in PHASE TWO with their upgraded interiors and expanded floor plans. Our ocean front condo is in the building CLOSEST to the sea and has covenient beach access. It is 50 steps to the sand, surf and pool area fun from the elevator by the front door to level S2. Our beach condo is on third floor which is high enough for spectacular views and low enough you may decide to take the stairs. Being on third floor provides a feeling of security when keeping your sliding glass doors open at night for the cool ocean breeze and lulling ocean waves at night.
Our comfortable beach condo has been smartly decorated and maintained from top to bottom with attention to detail for your enjoyment and repeat visits. It has terracotta porcelain tile through out and inlaid travertine bathrooms. The fully equipped, spacious kitchen boasts granite counter tops, gourmet cookware, GE appliances that include and icemaker and RO system. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The spa-like bathrooms have floor to ceiling marble and inlaid travertine with walk in showers. The master bathroom has a separate, large and relaxing soaking tub.
Both bedrooms have a 32 inch flat screen wall mounted tv with DVD. The bedrooms have Pottery Barn furniture and high quality pillow top mattresses. The master has a king, the secondary a queen and the leather sofa has a pull out mattress.
In the great room overlooking the Sea of Cortez you and your family will enjoy the comfortable leather furniture and 42 inch wall mounted flat screen tv with US channels. The deck overlooking the sea and courtyard is 313 sq. feet with high quality seven piece patio furniture. It is great spot to take in the incredible sunset or having your morning coffee while seeing dolphins surface or dining alfresco. Bring your binoculars!
The courtyard area right below our condo has multiple pools, some with negative edge waterfall, jacuzzis, swim up bar and kiddie pool. Other courtyard amenities include Italian lounge chairs with sun shades, gratis beach towels, a lazy river with floats and shady ramadas to dine under while enjoying casual meals or weekend dinner buffets from the on site restaurant. The courtyard overlooks the beach and sea where you have a choice of many activities such as jet ski or banana boat rentals, snorkeling, kayaking, deep sea fishing, parasailing, strolling on the groomed and pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the palapas on beach chairs finally reading "that" book while having the wait staff serve your favorite beverage or lunch.

As always this is a NON-SMOKING condo with NO PETS allowed. The owner is in the LAS PALOMAS RENTAL POOL . You will NOT be charged any additional fees. The RENTAL POOL also entitles you to the use of ALL the amentities and resort services; including free daily maid, charging privileges, room service, free pool towels, immediate condo maintenance if needed. You can be assured that the quality of CORONADO 304 has met and exceeds all Las Palomas standards.

My family has been vacationing in Rocky Point for 20 years. When we decided to buy a vacation home we looked at every property in the area. Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort was by far the best resort hands down with its 4 star amenities. We chose Coronado 304 because of its location on third floor in the building closest to the sea and pools. We visit our condo often (at least once a month) to enjoy, improve and maintain it for your visits and our own. It is our favorite place to be. It will be yours too! Enjoy!

Where do I even begin? First of all, anyone who is reluctant on going to Rocky Point because you've heard the security issues down there, I seen NOTHING when going through town, not even one person holding a machine gun....just stories! The ammenties were great! The beaches were absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Daily maid service to boot was very nice. The pool bar was great too...but lacked a little bit on service. There were 4 people working on the bar and it took more than a few minutes to get a drink. The food at the pool bar was great too. We had the shrimp tacos....wow...to die for! The beaches and pools were not crowded at all which made it very nice. I proposed to my girlfriend on the beach (TMI) BUT it was perfect because the beaches were clean, warm water and great weather. I'm definetly coming back soon!

Patti, thank you so much for letting us rent your beautiful condo! We had a very relaxing vacation (Dec. 17th-24th 2010). The third floor location was great, very close to pools and beach and what a great view! This was our second stay at Las Palomas and while our first stay was nice too, your condo was much better equiped with everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. Every employee we met at L.P. was gracious and friendly. They all work very hard to keep the grounds immaculate. We ate at Citron for dinner and it was delicous. Can't say enough good things about Las Palomas, we will definately be back. Thanks again, The Bakers

My family and I stayed 2 short nights at this condo 11/11/10 thru 11/13/10. Our stay was amazing, we found this condo to be well beyond our expectations. From the moment we opened the front door we knew our stay was going to be amazing!! The photos truly do not do justice to this beautiful condo, 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 georgeous bathrooms, the kitchen, dining and living room are all incredible. The ocean view from inside the condo was equal to the beauty sitting on the balcony. The pool area was our 5 year old granddaughters favorite part of the vacation as was picking up shells on the beautiful beach which was clean and well groomed. We ventured to Phase I to look over the pools etc but preferred Phase II in every way. We have traveled to numerous Mexico destinations including Cancun, Cozumel, Playa Del Carmen, Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta and Mexico City however Rocky Point is our new favorite among all destinations and Coronado 304 is our favorite place to enjoy our stay. Patti you were very helpful assisting me in the reservation process and answered my questions very quickly, I appreciate all you did to ensure my family had an incredible stay!!

We have stayed at Los Palomas four times now, always in Phase Two; by far this has been our favorite condo. Two start with, Patti was great to deal with. When we arrived and checked out the condo we found condo instructions and notes which were very nice and handy to have. The condo is very well decorated, well put together, has comfortable beds and bedding, the kitchen is well stock with utensils and they have some cleaning supplies stocked in the condo, which may not seam to be a big deal but t is very nice to have dish soap, cleaner, etc (our last few condos had none of these and we had to go out and buy these). Not to mention, the condo is located on the third floor directly above the swim-up bar pool. It has great views of the pool and the ocean. The deck is also nicely furnished. Our overall experience in this condo was exceptional. Thank you to the Brown's for the use of your condo!

Las Palomas is definately the best place to stay in Puerto Penasco. The pool and beach are the best in the area. The condos are outstanding. We have stayed in other condos in the same development, and we like this one best. The third floor is perfect, as you're close enough to the water and pools to enjoy them, but not too close that the noise is a factor. The owner has added many small touches to make it easier on the renter. Owner supplies a well stocked kitchen, including paper goods and soaps. The patio is well furnished with tables and chairs for enjoying the outdoors. The beds are very comfortable. We would highly recommend this unit for your next vacation to Rocky Point.

We just spent our last weekend at Coronado #304. It is beautifully decorated, clean and in an awesome location! Patti's customer service is also awesome. She made sure to take care of us. She answered all questions promptly. It is on the 3rd floor so we used the stairs several times instead of waiting for the elevator. The room had beautiful view of both the ocean and pool. The trash chute and elevators were close to the room and the grills were right downstairs. We would definitely stay there again the next time we go to Rocky Pointe! My kids ages 4 and 2 had a blast at Las Palomas.

The condo was GREAT! We have stayed there twice in the past two years and will be back. The decor is 'perfect', and the balcony overlooking the pools and sea yields a breathtaking view. This is the best bargain in all of Rocky Point.

Patti and Steve, We had a fabulous break from hot Phoenix sun at your Rocky Point retreat. The boys enjoyed golfing and jet skiing, while I strolled down the beach exploring tidal pools and catching up on good books. The ocean breeze kept the temperatures mild, it was even cool in the evenings. The Old Port was fun- we bought freshly caught shrimp, a sombrero, for our ten year old who had a birthday, and silver bangle for me. We also had a fancy dinner at the resort restaurant, La Maria which was very good. Thanks for all of your good advice and help before we got here. Thanks for keeping your condo so well maintained.
