Our ocean front, next to the sandy beach, condo is on third floor and is 1456 square feet. This luxury beach condo's balcony is 313 square feet over looking the Sea of Cortez and has resort quality patio furniture to lounge on. It is an ideal spot for viewing the ocean and breath-taking sunsets or dining al fresco.

This convenient location on third floor is high enough for spectacular views and low enough you may decide to skip the elevator. Being on third floor also allows you a feeling of security when keeping your sliding glass doors open for the cool ocean breeze and lulling ocean waves at night.

My family's brand new ocean front condo is located in the building closest to the beach and is steps away to the sand, surf and pool area fun. You have a choice of many beach activities such as jet ski or banana boat rentals, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, parasailing, strolling on the white pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the beach palapas finally reading "that" book while having the wait staff serving you your favorite beverage.

The courtyard area next to the ocean provides ten different heated pools, some with a negative edge and waterfall, jacuzzis, swim up bars and grills. Other courtyard amenities include Italian lounge chairs surrounding the refreshing pools, gratis beach towels, a lazy river with floats, water slides, and shady ramadas to dine under while enjoying casual meals or weekend dinner buffets from the on site restaurant.

Our comfortable beach condo has been smartly decorated from top to bottom with many amenities and attention to detail for your enjoyment and repeat visits. It has terracotta porcelain and travertine tile throughout. The fully equipped, spacious kitchen boasts granite counter tops, gourmet cookware, top of the line appliances, including an ice-maker and RO system. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The spa like bathrooms (2) have floor to ceiling marble and inlaid travertine with walk in showers.

The master bathroom has both a walk in shower and large relaxing bath tub. In the great room overlooking the Sea of Cortez you and your family will enjoy the HD satellite flat screen TV with US channels and the DVD movie library while relaxing after a days activities on the beach on the comfy leather sofa and chairs. Wireless internet provided. Both bedrooms also have flat screen TVS, Pottery Barn furniture and high quality, new pillow top mattresses. The master has a king, the second bedroom a queen and a full pull out mattress on the leather couch. You will love this condo. Everyone does!

  • The condo was GREAT! We have stayed there twice in the past two years and will be back. The decor is 'perfect', and the balcony overlooking the pools and sea yields a breathtaking view. This is the best bargain in all of Rocky Point.

  • We just spent our last weekend at Coronado #304. It is beautifully decorated, clean and in an awesome location! Patti's customer service is also awesome. She made sure to take care of us. She answered all questions promptly. It is on the 3rd floor so we used the stairs several times instead of waiting for the elevator. The room had beautiful view of both the ocean and pool. The trash chute and elevators were close to the room and the grills were right downstairs. We would definitely stay there again the next time we go to Rocky Pointe! My kids ages 4 and 2 had a blast at Las Palomas.

    Patti and Steve, We had a fabulous break from hot Phoenix sun at your Rocky Point retreat. The boys enjoyed golfing and jet skiing, while I strolled down the beach exploring tidal pools and catching up on good books. The ocean breeze kept the temperatures mild, it was even cool in the evenings. The Old Port was fun- we bought freshly caught shrimp, a sombrero, for our ten year old who had a birthday, and silver bangle for me. We also had a fancy dinner at the resort restaurant, La Maria which was very good. Thanks for all of your good advice and help before we got here. Thanks for keeping your condo so well maintained.     We really enjoyed our vacation here.... it was so relaxing. My three year old told me "I love this place!" We found everything we needed- you have done great job making your condo feel cozy and welcome. We have been down here before and stayed in a different place, but this resort is just awesome and is now our favorite. My parents came from out of state to visit us for Thanksgiving and we thought this would be a fun place to spend our time together. It was the PERFECT place. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.
