To help acquaint you with the area, during our Spring, Summer and Winter seasons, we have included one FREE adult admission for horse back riding trip, round of golf AND deep sea fishing trip EACH DAY of your stay!!!We have also included FREE UNLIMITED DVD rentals, year-round.

Mahogany French doors and a custom-made mahogany garage door immediately set this gorgeous 3200 SF, 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom custom home apart from its neighbors. Hearts of Palm sits on large, professionally landscaped, Gulf-front lot in the private, master-planned Jubilation subdivision. There are two pools for you to enjoy: one private and one community. Our home also has its own, private boardwalk to the beach. In addition, all areas of the home, pool area and boardwalk can be wheel-chair accessible. (Please make sure to let us know.)

GROUND LEVEL of the home includes a beautiful entry foyer with a custom-made curved staircase and the first hint of travertine flooring that is carried throughout most of the house. The three-stop elevator complete with travertine floor and wood-paneled walls is conveniently located just off of the foyer. The alternative 5th bedroom/TV room which is also on this level, has a Queen sleeper sofa. There are two comfortable armchairs for extra seating, coffee table and an entertainment armoire with a 32' flat-screen TV and a DVD/VCR player. French doors open onto a covered deck just steps from the private pool. This room also has a full bath with travertine floors and tub surround and a beautiful vessel sink which granite countertop. There is ample covered parking in the extra-long garage, an outdoor hot & cold shower and fish cleaning sink.

On the MAIN LEVEL, the spacious Kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinets, a large prep island w/ sink and an eat-at bar. All the appliances are stainless steel, and include a range, side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, microwave and trash compactor. Adjacent to the Kitchen, the open Living Room and Dining Room create one spacious area that opens out onto a large covered porch and sundeck via matching sets of French doors. The Living Room features a separate Bar Alcove with granite countertops, ample bar seating, custom cabinets, stainless steel icemaker and beverage cooler.

The Bunk Room is also located on the main level and has two sets of bunk beds. Its private covered balcony opens to reveal beautiful views of the Jubilation community. Adjacent to the Bunk Room is a full bathroom with double sinks and black granite countertops, a tub/shower combo and water closet. The travertine floors and tub walls are accented with black granite tiles.

The TOP LEVEL includes TWO Master Suites and a Guest Bedroom and bath. The washer and dryer area is conveniently located on this floor. The East Master has a gorgeous Tommy Bahama King bed with matching dresser and nightstands, double closets and distressed wood flooring. Its Bath is luxurious with double sinks, granite countertops, a large Jacuzzi tub and private water closet. There is also a walk-in shower which has a custom shower system that includes four independent body sprays, overhead rain head, hand-held shower head and regular shower head. There is travertine flooring throughout with decorative marble tiles accenting the tub and shower walls.

The West Master has a Queen bed with accompanying nightstands and dresser and walk-in closet. It's private bath features tile floors and tumbled marble countertops around the double sinks. A jetted bathtub/shower combo and a private water closet complete this bathroom. Both master suites open to private porches that are furnished with pub-height tables and chairs to help you enjoy the gorgeous views of the Gulf.

The Guest Bedroom has a king Size bed with a matching dresser and nightstands. Its French doors open to a private balcony. The Guest Bath is directly across the hall and has a walk-in travertine shower with a custom glass enclosure.

Hearts of Palm is impeccably furnished and has every possible amenity. There are 6 flat-screen TVs: the Living Room and 5th bedroom/TV room both have 32" flat-screen TVs with DVD players. (There is also a VCR player in the 5th bedroom/TV room). The bunk room has a 21" flat-screen TV with built-in DVD player. All the other bedrooms have 19" flat-screen TVs. The Living Room is wired for surround sound and there are outdoor speakers on the main porch and off of the ground floor deck. For outdoor entertaining, the main porch has a dining table with cushioned seating for 6 and a separate seating area. On the ground level there is lots of covered parking, an outdoor shower and a fish cleaning sink. The pool area is furnished with cushioned lounge chairs and a side table.
