My name is Chantal Smith. My husband and I were both raised in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.
We moved to San Antonio, Texas about 12 years ago with our two children.
We both had parents that at one point or another had a beach house in Brigantine, NJ, in which they too rented out for others to enjoy. This is definitely where our passion for real estate began. We bought our first rental property about 11 years ago, in Rockport, and have since sold that one for a more desirable/comfortable home. Just about 4 years ago, we bought an additional home in Port Aransas.
Why the Owner Chose Royal Palms
Port Aransas is a great family town that offers the Gulf of Mexico. Our house is about 1/2 mile to the beach (which you can drive on)
We pride ourselves that our home is beautiful, updated, clean and fully furnished/equipped for all of your rental needs.

The Unique Benefits of this House
Our house is perfectly located to the pool. It's about 100-150 feet to the pool. We are located on a corner which allows for you to comfortably park a boat or 4 or 5 cars.
We are about 1/2 mile to the beach access road. And the best part is that you can drive on the beach instead of carrying all of your beach supplies.
