This New Beach Property (completed in June 2007) is located just 2 minutes to the beach on 11th Street in Royal Palms (about 1/2 mile to Beach Access Road 1A).
It offers 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, with pool & BBQ pits just steps away.
As you walk into the main living area, you'll be "wowed" by the beautiful stained concrete floors with "beachy" pine walls & ceilings throughout the lower level.
The main living room is followed by a half bath, full eat in kitchen & 1st floor master bedroom & bathroom with a queen size bed & TV.
Continuing to be "wowed" by the gorgeous pine floors throughout the upstairs, the upper master bedroom & bath has a queen size bed and flat screen TV.

Owner Description
My name is Chantal Smith. My husband and I were both raised in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.
We moved to San Antonio, Texas about 10 years ago with our two children.
We both had parents that at one point or another had a beach house in Brigantine, NJ, in which they too rented out for others to enjoy. This is definitely where our passion for real estate began. We bought our first rental property about 9 years ago, in Rockport, and have since sold that one for a more desirable/comfortable home. Just about 2 years ago, we bought an additional home in Port Aransas.
Why the Owner Chose Port Aransas
Port Aransas is a great family town that offers the Gulf of Mexico. Our house is about 1/2 mile to the beach (in which you can drive on)
We pride ourselves that our home is beautiful, updated, clean and fully furnished/equipped for all of your rental needs.

The Unique Benefits of this House
Our house is perfectly located to the pool. It's about 100-150 feet to the pool. We are located on a corner which allows for you to comfortably park a boat or 4 or 5 cars.
We are about 1/2 mile to the beach access road. And the best part is that you can drive on the beach instead of carrying all of your beach supplies.
