The unit features a large dining room with seating for six and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom, which has a queen bed, private balcony, and a large master bath. The lower lever consists of two bedrooms, two baths, and washer/dryer. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a set of bunk beds, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
This is a nonsmoking townhome, that is conveniently located just three blocks from town and is on the town's free bus route. This unit includes a one car garage and one additional outdoor parking space, no additional parking is available at Village Point.
