Spectacular views of the gulf from this ocean-front 2 bedroom, 2 bath Penthouse unit. Condo features a spectacular view of the gulf and shoreline. Unit is less than 300 feet to the beach (NO streets to cross). See video to left for the view from the balcony.
Shoreline Towers is a private security gated complex with one of the largest private beaches in Destin. We feature tennis courts, swimming pool, clubhouse with exercise room, beach chair and umbrella rentals. Shopping, great restaurants and water park are all within easy walking distance. Grocery store is 5 minutes away.
This is a large 1,430 square foot unit overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the dolphins playing in the emerald green waters from the bedrooms, living room, dining room or while you are preparing your meals in the fully equipped kitchen.
The unit is furnished for your vacation pleasure and your stay on the sugar white beaches at Shoreline Towers will make you want to come back year after year. Brand new carpet has recently been installed in both bedrooms and the unit has recently been painted.
Penthouse unit has 10-foot ceilings and crown moldings. This is a non smoking unit located on the 12th floor (top) of Tower I. Unit 1123 features an open balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 TV's, 2 VCR's, 3 DVD players, King sized bed in Master, 2 Double beds in guest bedroom and 1 new sleeper Sofa in Den. Can sleep up to 8 (two in master bed, 1-2 in each of the two double beds and 1-2 in the new sofa bed in the family rtoom). 6 adults could stay in the unit comfortably. This unit also has the luxury of a reserved covered private parking space which is an exclusive amenity for Penthouse owners and tenants. The parking space is 10 yards from the elevator that takes you directly to the front door of the Penthouse unit on the 12th floor. All summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rentals are available from August 16th through March 1st.
Note: At Shoreline, each unit is numbered based on the following - the first position is the building number, the next two positions are the floor number and the last digit is the unit number for that floor. Penthouse 1123 designates building 1, 12th floor, unit 3. All units on the 12th floor of towers 1 and 2 are Penthouses.

Could not ask for a nicer Condo and setting on the white sands of the Gulf Coast. The private covered parking near the elevators is icing on a gorgeous condo getaway.. We loved it and will certainly come back again. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning and evening overlooking the gorgeous beach. Thanks again.

We have stayed at this complex more than once just because it's the best located in Destin and right on the beach! This condo has everything to offer with views from the LR and Master to a great patio to view the water.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The whole reservation and check-in process was a breeze. The pictures just don't do the property justice! It is so beautiful, photos cannot accurately capture it! The property was clean, up to date, and offered great amenities. It is in a fantastic location, close to everything. The view is gorgeous, everything you would want it to be. I felt right at home! This was my family's first trip to Florida, but will definitely not be the last! Thank you so much for allowing us to share your property!

We had a wonderful time & left with a great first impression of the Destin beaches! This condo definitely played well into our overall experience - it is immaculate, and just as described and pictured. Having the covered parking that comes only with the penthouse units is great, as it keeps the car cool & is close to the entrance elevators. The owner was extremely helpful in providing area info & answers to my questions about the condo. I will definitely rent this unit again, and would highly recommend it for anyone considering a visit to the Destin area!

Oh, what a wonderful place. I dont know where to start...first of all you have covered private parking--a very large/wide space too. The elevator is right behind your car...that was one of the easiest unload/loading of our van EVER!! The view from the bedroom is amazing. The living area felt home like. The pool/pool house was nice. Security at the gate was more than friendly. We would love to come back there again. I wish we had stayed there longer but we only had very limited time this go around. The owner was super friendly too during the booking process. Thanks so much!!
