A reading nook complete with bookcases full of an array of interesting books is a relaxing spot with great windows that overlook the front yard. Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom which also has it's own bathroom right outside the door. A study which can easily be converted into an office setting has a queen futon and a convertible chair and a half for additional sleeping accommodations. A beautiful formal living room is just inside the front door with the formal dining room on the opposite side. The kitchen includes all the modern conveniences of home with stylish stainless steel appliances. Best of all is the family room in the back of the house. A comfy queen convertible sofa is part of the cushy furnishings perfect for watching cable TV or surfing the web on wifi. It's surrounded by airy windows that look out to the fabulous fenced backyard. A cottage style perrenial garden surrounds the boundaries of the yard with English roses and flowers flowing all summer long. A BBQ grill is provided for outdoor entertaining in this tranquil setting. This lovely home includes all the amenities needed for the ideal vacation.

Centrally located--there is an array of places to go and things to do within minutes. The Cherry Creek shopping area is only blocks away. Chic boutiques and fine dining line the streets of this posh area. Thursday nights feature an outdoor movie for starlight entertainment. From beauty to health it's all at your fingertips in an exciting alluring setting. Just down the street is Denver Botanical Gardens and City Park. Denver's Botanical Gardens has many activities all year round. Outdoor concerts are a great way to spend an evening, just bring your own blanket and bottle of wine. City Park is great for the family with something for everyone. The Denver Zoo, The Museum of Natural History and City Park Golf Course are all there for family fun. A quick drive to Denver's "Washington Park" is a fun afternoon with the outdoorsy side of Denver. Biking, Hiking, Tennis and Rollerblades keep this park active from sunrise to sunset. Best of all are Denver's major sporting events! The Denver Broncos, Colorado Crush, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth, Colorado Rockies and the Denver Nuggets are only about 15 minutes away. If rugby is your sport the new Infinity Park in Glendale, home of the Raptors, is within walking distance. We're always happy to help you find tickets for any of these events. This home has easy access to I-70 and I-25 making any commute fast and easy. The Denver Tech Center and Downtown Denver are only approximately a 15 minute drive. For a day of skiing, river rafting, horseback riding, hiking, biking or shopping in the mountains it's about a 1 1/2 to 2 hour drive. A very scenic drive that's breathtaking all the way.
