Our air conditioned, fully furnished home offers one King-size Master Suite with a large garden tub and a separate shower, complete with TV (Digital) second Queen Master Suite with shower, complete with TV (Cable) and two Twin Bedrooms that share a third full bathroom.

Spacious open living/dining floor plan offers additional space for family gatherings. Established in 1999, Hampton Lakes of Davenport is a Premier 448 home community conveniently located on US 27, in Polk County (just North of I4 and South of US 192).
The community is nestled among oak tree line streets and boasts over 600 Palm trees which, adourn our wonderful community.
Our home is professionally maintained inside and out and has a private heated swimming pool and deck area.

Dear Paul and Sarah What an absolute pleasure to open the front door and find such a beautiful home..Panic ! I couldn’t find the alarm codes in the rush to get inside LOL. Settled in fine with a beer and quick bite from the local Publix.. Thanks to Ernie for the help we needed with Dad he is a very nice chap nothing was too much bother and he even came to put the bins out. We love his little 4 yr old parrot that travels with him. You home is very well presented with everything you could ever need. We did have a visit from Syd the snake one day which gave the kids some question to ask ( will we die if he bites us) Black Racer I think nothing harmful. We left a child booster seat in the house for any future guest to use. We all had a wonderful time and this was the nicest villa we have stayed in. I am sure we will return soon. KW Kool’s on 192 was fantastic and so was Applebys just down the road on 27 by Publix. Other places we have visted were Logans Steakhouse, Smoked Bones, Crabbs Bills (especially at Clearwater Beach well worth a visit for the Dads) Out only regret was that we didn’t stay at your villa for 3 weeks Thanks again Steve Goy and Family PS ..I had a wonderful time in the Pool and did not want to come home (Niall Goy aged 6) PPS Fab Holiday Eule (aged 4) GREAT GAMES ROOM x

We had a few problems with the pool on the first day but as you know Ernie cam around and it was fixed within the day so we could finally get in (pool pump broke needed a new one). Your villa is just brilliant and the girls loved it . Nothing had gone undone you have thought of everything- We looked for “Syd” daily with no luck ! Hello Paul and Sarah, We just returned home and when I saw my house I wanted to turn around and go back to yours. Your home is everything and more you said it was. It was so large and clean, and I loved the vaulted ceilings. We were very comfortable. At first I was getting confused on how to get out of the master bathroom, I kept going into the closet. Ha Ha The kids were equally delighted with the game room and the pool and had a difficult time choosing which to enjoy. My daughter Emily caught a lizard (?) that found its way into the game room. They all had a wonderful time. We went to Sea World, Epcot, 2 days at Magic Kingdom, MGM and Animal Kingdom and one day of rest. We were quite busy. We would like to thank you for having such a wonderful home and offering it to visitors. You take pride in it and it shows throughout the home.
