Our air conditioned, fully furnished home offers one King-Size Master Suite with a large garden tub and a separate shower, complete with TV (Digital 900 channels) second Double Master bedroom with en suite bathroom inc shower, complete with TV (Cable) and two Twin Bedrooms that share a third full bathroom.
Pets are NOT allowed.
No Smoking.
Spacious open living/dining floor plan offers additional space for family gatherings. The fully-equipped kitchen offers a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, drinks dispenser and all the kitchen gadgets you will ever need.
Private swimming pool and Jacuzzi/Spa with large deck arear surrounding our pool. We also have a covered Lanai for shade if you want to get out of the sun for a short while. The pool area has plenty of deck side tables and chairs plus chaise lounges for your relaxation and enjoyment by the pool.
Our Home is locally managed by a friendly caretaker who takes pride in ensuring that our home is both clean and kept up to our high standards ready for you to enjoy your vacation without any hassle. Nothing is too much trouble and they are on call 24/7 to attend to any issues that may arise during your stay. It can also be fully serviced during your entire vacation if required.

We just got back this past weekend from our first family Disney vacation. We were unsure of what a good location to rent would be, but we found Hampton lakes neighborhood perfect. It's only 15 minutes from the parks with easy hwy access, close to restaurants, publix, and target. The house and all of its amenities were very clean and well kept. The owners Paul and Sarah were very accessible. Answering emails quickly with any questions we had. Ernie the caretaker was also helpful. We were out at the parks late every night, and he made sure to stop by and take the garbage to the curb. They were also very accommodating with our check in time, making sure the house was ready for us according to our flight schedule. The house looks exactly as pictured. My only critique is that the description of the second master is listed as a queen in several places. The picture even says double bedroom with queen bed, which is confusing but we assumed meant queen bed. It is in fact a double bed and quite small. We were traveling with two families, so one couple had the king size suite and the other the double bed. Honestly, at the end of a long day at the parks a bed was a bed, and it was pretty comfortable. I just think the descriptions should be reworded as they are a little misleading. The kids absolutely loved both twin bed rooms! We had two girls and one boy and the rooms and beds were perfect for them!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

This property is ideal to travel with kids as it has several areas and amenities for them to enjoy. It is very well mantained, clean, and everything working properly. It is located in a very nice neighborhood. We spent 3 fantastic days!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

House was great. Just like pictures. Everything we needed. Excellant location for traveling back and forth to Disney and all parks. Nice to come home at night to a house and get away from crowds. Publix, Applebee's, Target and Cracker Barrell short drive from house. I would strongly recommend Legoland if you have kids from 4-12 (especially boys), it is not a Disney Park but it is well worth the 30 minute drive. Having a private pool in the back yard was great for the kids. Very Pleased. Very Satisfied.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Needed a last minute place and was ecstatic to find this place still available. Paul was extremely easy to work with and the reservation was completed in less than 10 minutes. Great communicator and answered all questions very quickly. Publix and any other needs are real close. The drive to Disney and the other parks only took approx 15 min - 20 min. Pool was great for the kids when the park was beyond exhausting. Would most definately stay again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Thank you Paul and Sara for renting us your wonderful home. We arrived to find the house sparkling clean and ready for our vacation. Everything was so nicely appointed and maintained and even better than described, it was a pleasure to stay there. We all enjoyed the beautiful pool after a long day at the parks. We even tried tennis with our kids for the first time at the very nice neighborhood tennis courts. The internet access and Cable/DVR were much appreciated by everyone. The nearby stores & shops were convenient and not overpriced. We were pleased that we were far enough away from Disney that the traffic was manageable, but close enough to easily & quickly drive there. Making arrangements for our visit was very easy with Paul, we felt well informed every step along the way. Thanks so much for a wonderful week. If we're in Orlando again we'll definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need and more. The photos were accurate but do not reflect how large the rooms are. The pool area is lovely and has more than enough space to sit and soak up the sun. It is surrounded by bushes so there is plenty of privacy. Hamptom Lakes is well maintained. When you drive into the developement at night the trees beautifully lite. We also felt very safe in the area. The manager was on hand to answer any questions. I would definately stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

We stayed here for the week before Christmas, and could not have been more pleased. The location is ideal, the drive from Hampton Lakes to the major parks and airport is simple, and there are good grocery stores and shopping nearby. Enjoyed being able to walk in the country through nearby orange groves. The home is huge and beautiful, comfortable, clean, and entirely up to date. Loved the pool, and of course the pool table got a lot of use from the 4 of us! Hoping to stay here again! We were delighted with this large 4 bedroom home. When we stepped into it for the first time we were amazed at how spacious it was. We arrived at night and it was a welcome sight to find the lights already on so we could find our way in easily. The pictures on the website were an accurate reflection of the villa and the facilities available were as described. The property was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything we had a need for. The pool was great, big enough for a swim and for family fun as well. We were there at the hottest time of year and so were thankful for the effective air con. We loved the location just off Highway 27. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well as Walmart and Publix. About 25 minutes south on Highway 27 was an authentic steakhouse - Manny's, this was a real find, away from the chain restaurants on the 192. Having said that we enjoyed breakfast at Crackerbarrel and the Golden Corral and dinner at Applebees and Bahama Breeze. The villa is just 20 minutes from Disney so it's really easy to get to. Universal Studios is not too much further and there are many shopping malls to choose from. Busch Gardens was a 90 minute drive, but worth the trip. You don't have to have small children to enjoy the magic of Disney it's amazing, so make it a priority to pay it a visit. The flexibility of a villa is great. We enjoyed being able to get away from the busy theme park areas to return to a quiet villa where we could relax. It gave us the freedom to be able to eat in restaurants, but also the convenience of being able to cook and eat at home when we wanted to as well. The owner was very helpful and reassuring. We booked it through the website and you never really know what you are getting, but the owners were true to their word, everything was as described and it really was a perfect holiday. We were a party of 9 aged 7 to 74 and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend this vacation home and would definitely return.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

Dear Paul and Sarah, Thankyou for renting us your beautiful home. It was a tremendous pleasure to open the front door and see everything as pictured on your website. We LOVED the house - especially the large sectional sofa in the family room. With 6 of us it made a great spot to settle down in the evenings and watch a bit of tv with the kids. We enjoyed the pool the most however... it was nice and large... we were able to play games in the pool with balls and water frisbies!! The house was very clean when we arrived and Ernie looked after any needs we had (replacing batteries in the window alarms). The location was perfect... only a short drive to Disney and many other attractions. It was a real treat to return to your home and pool after a busy day walking around the disney parks. We are looking forward to a return visit next year and plan on spending even more time around your house enjoying the pool. Thanks again!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This vacation home was very enjoyable. The neighborhood and landscaping are very nice with a children's play area and tennis courts. This house is also close to the Disney parks. The pool was a nice size for my family of 6. We enjoyed grilling in the evenings outside the enclosed pool area after exploring Disney parks. The property has a nice game room, but it is inside the garage. The garage gets really hot in the summer months, so we played pool in the evenings when it cooled off, and used the fan. I would definitely recommend this property to family's traveling to the Orlando area.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.
