Needed a last minute place and was ecstatic to find this place still available. Paul was extremely easy to work with and the reservation was completed in less than 10 minutes. Great communicator and answered all questions very quickly. Publix and any other needs are real close. The drive to Disney and the other parks only took approx 15 min - 20 min. Pool was great for the kids when the park was beyond exhausting. Would most definately stay again.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Thank you Paul and Sara for renting us your wonderful home. We arrived to find the house sparkling clean and ready for our vacation. Everything was so nicely appointed and maintained and even better than described, it was a pleasure to stay there. We all enjoyed the beautiful pool after a long day at the parks. We even tried tennis with our kids for the first time at the very nice neighborhood tennis courts. The internet access and Cable/DVR were much appreciated by everyone. The nearby stores & shops were convenient and not overpriced. We were pleased that we were far enough away from Disney that the traffic was manageable, but close enough to easily & quickly drive there. Making arrangements for our visit was very easy with Paul, we felt well informed every step along the way. Thanks so much for a wonderful week. If we're in Orlando again we'll definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need and more. The photos were accurate but do not reflect how large the rooms are. The pool area is lovely and has more than enough space to sit and soak up the sun. It is surrounded by bushes so there is plenty of privacy. Hamptom Lakes is well maintained. When you drive into the developement at night the trees beautifully lite. We also felt very safe in the area. The manager was on hand to answer any questions. I would definately stay there again.

A perfect vacation home!

We stayed here for the week before Christmas, and could not have been more pleased. The location is ideal, the drive from Hampton Lakes to the major parks and airport is simple, and there are good grocery stores and shopping nearby. Enjoyed being able to walk in the country through nearby orange groves. The home is huge and beautiful, comfortable, clean, and entirely up to date. Loved the pool, and of course the pool table got a lot of use from the 4 of us! Hoping to stay here again! Thanks to Paul.

Lovely house, excellent location, amazing holiday!

We were delighted with this large 4 bedroom home. When we stepped into it for the first time we were amazed at how spacious it was. We arrived at night and it was a welcome sight to find the lights already on so we could find our way in easily. The pictures on the website were an accurate reflection of the villa and the facilities available were as described. The property was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything we had a need for. The pool was great, big enough for a swim and for family fun as well. We were there at the hottest time of year and so were thankful for the effective air con. We loved the location just off Highway 27. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well as Walmart and Publix. About 25 minutes south on Highway 27 was an authentic steakhouse - Manny's, this was a real find, away from the chain restaurants on the 192. Having said that we enjoyed breakfast at Crackerbarrel and the Golden Corral and dinner at Applebees and Bahama Breeze. The villa is just 20 minutes from Disney so it's really easy to get to. Universal Studios is not too much further and there are many shopping malls to choose from. Busch Gardens was a 90 minute drive, but worth the trip. You don't have to have small children to enjoy the magic of Disney it's amazing, so make it a priority to pay it a visit. The flexibility of a villa is great. We enjoyed being able to get away from the busy theme park areas to return to a quiet villa where we could relax. It gave us the freedom to be able to eat in restaurants, but also the convenience of being able to cook and eat at home when we wanted to as well. The owner was very helpful and reassuring. We booked it through the website and you never really know what you are getting, but the owners were true to their word, everything was as described and it really was a perfect holiday. We were a party of 9 aged 7 to 74 and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend this vacation home and would definitely return.

Beautiful Home and Pool

Dear Paul and Sarah,  Thankyou for renting us your beautiful home.  It was a tremendous pleasure to open the front door and see everything as pictured on your website.  We LOVED the house - especially the large sectional sofa in the family room.  With 6 of us it made a great spot to settle down in the evenings and watch a bit of tv with the kids.  We enjoyed the pool the most however...  it was nice and large...  we were able to play games in the pool with balls and water frisbies!!  The house was very clean when we arrived and Ernie looked after any needs we had (replacing batteries in the window alarms).  The location was perfect...  only a short drive to Disney and many other attractions.  It was a real treat to return to your home and pool after a busy day walking around the disney parks.  We are looking forward to a return visit next year and plan on spending even more time around your house enjoying the pool.  Thanks again!!!

This vacation home was very enjoyable. The neighborhood and landscaping are very nice with a children's play area and tennis courts. This house is also close to the Disney parks. The pool was a nice size for my family of 6. We enjoyed grilling in the evenings outside the enclosed pool area after exploring Disney parks. The property has a nice game room, but it is inside the garage. The garage gets really hot in the summer months, so we played pool in the evenings when it cooled off, and used the fan. I would definitely recommend this property to family's traveling to the Orlando area.

Dear Paul and SarahWhat an absolute pleasure to open the front door and find such a beautiful home..Panic ! I couldn’t find the alarm codes in the rush to get inside LOL.Settled in fine with a beer and quick bite from the local Publix.. Thanks to Ernie for the help we needed with Dad he is a very nice chap nothing was too much bother and he even came to put the bins out. We love his little 4 yr old parrot that travels with him.You home is very well presented with everything you could ever need. We did have a visit from Syd the snake one day which gave the kids some question to ask ( will we die if he bites us) Black Racer I think nothing harmful. We left a child booster seat in the house for any future guest to use.We all had a wonderful time and this was the nicest villa we have stayed in. I am sure we will return soon. KW Kool’s on 192 was fantastic and so was Applebys just down the road on 27 by Publix. Other places we have visted were Logans Steakhouse, Smoked Bones, Crabbs Bills (especially at Clearwater Beach well worth a visit for the Dads)Out only regret was that we didn’t stay at your villa for 3 weeksThanks againSteve Goy and FamilyPS ..I had a wonderful time in the Pool and did not want to come home (Niall Goy aged 6) PPS Fab Holiday Eule (aged 4) GREAT GAMES ROOM x

Hello Paul and Sarah, We just returned home and when I saw my house I wanted to turn around and go back to yours. Your home is everything and more you said it was. It was so large and clean, and I loved the vaulted ceilings. We were very comfortable. At first I was getting confused on how to get out of the master bathroom, I kept going into the closet. Ha Ha The kids were equally delighted with the game room and the pool and had a difficult time choosing which to enjoy. My daughter Emily caught a lizard (?) that found its way into the game room. They all had a wonderful time. We went to Sea World, Epcot, 2 days at Magic Kingdom, MGM and Animal Kingdom and one day of rest. We were quite busy. We would like to thank you for having such a wonderful home and offering it to visitors. You take pride in it and it shows throughout the home.
