Upstairs is a large loft with Queen and Single Bed with Full Bath. Downstairs, King and Queen Bedroom. This two story condo is approximately 600 yards from the Tennis and Golf. Only 25 minutes away from Boone, NC, Appalachian State University. Grandfather Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway are 10 minutes away! There is also Linville Caverns, Tweetsie Railroad for the kids, and the unique shopping and restaurants of Blowing Rock. July and August 2008 is booked. 2009 (no monthly rentals) by the week only.
