This is a just under 2,000 condo including deck off the living and master bedroom. You can hear the ocean from the open patio. Located in the gated resort of Las Palomas this condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and cozy. We ARE LOCATED IN UPGRADED PHASE 2 CLOSEST 2 BEDROOM TO THE BEACH CORONADO 307
Decorated in beautiful beach decor, the bathrooms have floor to ceiling travertine and tile throughout the whole unit. You have your own laundry room, kitchen is stocked to cook the best fresh shrimp you can find. 3 HDTV with DVD although when you see the white sandy beaches you wont spend a lot of time indoors.
Sit on the deck and enjoy the dolphins and sunset. You will love how clean the condo is. The beach is a lot cleaner, the water is a lot warmer than the Pacific ocean! This gated secured resort has underground parking and elevators. Two lazy rivers, waterslide. negative edge pools, Heated and non heated pools. kiddy pools, jacuzzis, swim-up bars and restaurant, volleyball, kid activities, propane bbq's to cook the best fresh shrimp around. Shirmp is seasonal and fresh in all months that have an "R" in them. The fitness center and 18 hole golf course are wonderful! Dont pay to much to go to california when you have some of the best skimboarding beaches around.
